DESCRIPTION:
→ Tatsumi is a tall man with golden eyes and reddish-brown hair, worn long. His clothing consists of a white shirt with a black vest and a long black-and-white sleeveless jacket lined with Red, red hand guards to match, a white belt to hold his sword, and black trousers and boots. He also is rarely seen without a smile on his face, but that smile may mean many different things than your average smile. He also sometime smell like he just got finish smoking, but thats only when things get a little frustrating for him, he will smoke more than usual. He also may be seen dying his hair different colors, he was never a nig fan on being a "Red-Head". He actualy like his hair color being Jet Black if anything.

PERSONALITY:
→ Tatsumi is generally a nice, easy flowing guy. He doesn't get mad easy, and he doesn't try to disturb the peace of nature. He believes it like this, Peace was made for a reason so lets us keep it that way. He also believes War was made for another reason and sometimes it is necessary. Tatsumi is one of those people who try to make you laugh. Sometimes he has to act retarded to do it. It doesn't bother him that sometime he has to do it just to make others happy and see them smile and laugh and have a good tie around him, and not be all sad.

Tatsumi is a flirt when it comes to females. It just comes naturally to him. He isn't a pervert, in fact sometimes he can get a hook up by playing smooth. Tatsumi is best at being a good swordsmen. No matter what prospect of being a swordman's, Tatsumi also is an over achiever when he wants to be. He has his mood swings that could last for long period of time. No one not even Tatsumi is able to tell when his mood may change back to normal.

He has also shown himself as a powerful and flexible tactician, capable of adjusting seamlessly to any given combat situation, if not plan out events well in advance. He understands the strengths, weaknesses and mannerisms of his enemies and creates strategies to achieve victory. Despite viewing his power as worlds beyond others, he is also shown to be highly cautious in battle, placing special protections on himself so as to leave no blind-spots

Tats likes to be a powerful strategist, capable of formulating well-thought-out plans several steps ahead of others. These plans are incredibly involved and detailed, and are planned-out with the long term in mind, making them seem slightly convoluted.

HISTORY:
→ Tatsumi grew up in a family which was, as all families are, dysfunctional in its own way. There were 12 kids in the house, and as a result, he was often ignored. He soon discovered that the only way to be noticed in this sort of environment was to make trouble, and so he became rebellious and stubborn. Often, though, this did get him the wrong sorts of attention. His siblings were constantly there to list all of his flaws and tell him what he was doing wrong. As a result, his self-esteem was very low.

Tat soon realized he wasn't the only kid in his family that got attention from being rebellious. One of his older brothers constantly came home drunk and Tats found him passed out around the house more times then he could count. When Tatsumi was about six, this brother was arrested for vandalism and spent some time in jail. Tat noticed that while his brother was in jail, his parents pretended like he had never existed. Soon after his brother came home, he had a fight with his parents and moved out, rarely ever visiting. Another of tat's brothers also became rebellious for attention. He would chase Tat and his youngest sister around the house with a pellet gun, shooting at him. The worst that ever happened due to this brother's rebelliousness was tats getting his hand cut with a knife. It wouldn't have been so bad if tatsumi's mother had taken him to a doctor, but she had refused because "It wasn't that serious." It later got infected, causing tat to spend a few days in the hospital. Not long after that, the brother who had chased tat was arrested for a number of DUI and spent time in juvenile delinquent school as well as jail.

After a while Tatsumi got bored with being bad, so he decided attention. One day while he was relaxing he stumbled apon a book about alchemy. He was so into the book he read the whole day, even though the book was about 500 pages long. After he was done reading the book he attempted it and found out that it wasent so hard, but even doe he wasent the best at it. He showed it to his little sister, and she was in awe. She wanted to try and do it but like Tat knew she wouldnt be able to. Over time tatsumi skill in alchemy grew the more he practice it, he then decided to show he mother and father. Once his parent seen what he could do the were proud of him, for finding something other to do than getting in trouble like some of his brothers. After he showed them latter that night he left home to find out who he really is and whats his destiny.

1. Face Claim: This isn't your fault, but there was an app posted right before yours using Sanosuke as their FC. So I'm going to have to ask you to change yours. Maybe use Sanosuke not from Hakaouki Shinsengumi Kitan, but from Rurouni Kenshin or Peacemaker Kurogane?
