→ Kuran's transmutation circle is actually a tattoo upon his neck.He had it placed there more for (at the time) ascetic reasons, ("It looks awesome!") But in truth, it is no less effective than if it were on his hand or chest.

BRIEFING:
→ Kuran's transmutation circle is a fairly simple design. It's main body comprises four diamonds, each with one end pointing into a single central square, representing the cooperation between elements required to make steel. Between the diamonds lie four daggers, also pointing inwards, representing the nature of steel as a powerful element.

Essentially, Kuran is able to manipulate steel on a molecular level. The mix of iron and carbon allows him to shape and mold most steel, as well as withdraw or infuse an item with steel. He can also create it if a suitable amount of iron and carbon are available.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

→ Using a screwdriver that he tends to carry with him, Kuran can transmute the heavy tool into a light rapier. Having studied fencing for several years, he is reasonably proficient with it. While not unbreakable by any means, it is certainly a strong blade, and he practices with it almost every day.
