→ And immortal, of course. None of these are 100% reliable.

→ Heavily presumed to be male, and the dossier will identify him as such, but The Employer's being female is a fact that hasn't yet been rejected completely.

→ Reports say he was born in Drachma.
→ Or in Xing.
→ Or in Amestris.
→ Or in Creta.
→ Or in Esparia.
→ Some even say he was born at the core of the world itself.

RACE:
→ If asked, The Employer will claim 'Demi-God', or 'Ascended Human'.
→ Reports have posed a strong essence towards his being Drachman, mainly.

DESCRIPTION:
→ How do you describe a man with no name? No face? No hair, eyes, ears, or nose? His mannerisms are cold and callous, and he communicates only by way of proxy, usually by a number. Computers carried by a consultant - The Consultant. Phonecalls, isolated, ran through cover systems, and with a voice distorted. Perfect calligraphy, italic and flowing across old, stained parchment.

The voice he uses can be fast, slow, or a mixture of the two. It can carry serious weight or gravity, or an almost menial and pleasant tone to it. But this should never be taken as the man's actual voice; he contorts and distorts it through a vast slew of computer programs.

It's presumed The Employer is highly educated, and thus usually takes to formal garb. This isn't taken as fact, however, just presumption; the best way to identify The Employer is through those around him. The Consultant, his most trusted agent. The Broker, the one he deals with as per distribution of orders and information - and, finally, The Benefactor, the one whom deals of funding are struck with. None ever meet him face-to-face - simply through less proxies. Trust stretches far with the employer; but not that far.

PERSONALITY:
→ How does The Employer think? Work? What do the inner, true mechanisms of his brain look like to the naked eye? So many would kill to find out, and yet none have ever truly seen. The Employer is known to be cold and heartless, and also flexible; he can switch, contort, and change to a situation so quickly that it's ridiculous. As a bottom line, he realises he can never use too many proxies to keep anyone from uncovering his identity, and, so, lays them on rather thick.

He deals ideally through a number of different interwoven proxies, and through each, his mannerisms are astoundingly similar. In spoken word and written word, his speech patterns can be analysed as being nearly identical, suggesting that the Employer is highly educated, or has a disorder which would cause his concentration in this matter to increase tremendously - such as autism. This, of course, is thus far unconfirmed, and it's just as such believed the opposite; that The Employer is entirely normal and simply in possession of genius-level intellect.

He seemingly has no qualms or limits; even genocide and ethnic cleansing won't raise his figurative eyebrows - presuming he has any. On the whole, data on the Employer is far too scarce to truly compile a personality or psychological profile, so the bottom line is this: stay well away unless you have to. And if you do have to, for the love of god, don't try to piss him off. The man seems to be thoroughly intelligent and sees others as transparent, being able to oft read them like books - this may, however, come from an extensive network of contacts and simply be an illusion crafted to further his reputation as a mystical, ascendant being - the author of this dossier believes he is just as human as everyone else.

HISTORY:
→ How was the Employer's childhood? How did he grow up? What caused him to turn into such a horrific specimen of the human race, what caused him to become how he is today?

No-one entirely knows. The incidents that the Employer is supposedly involved in trail back to the early 1600s, with theories posed about his being responsible for the Second Black Plague, and the Great Fire of London. These are highly deniable, and mainly conjecture, alongside the claims of assassinations of monarchs trailing back to the twelfth century that he was supposedly responsible.

However, to what the main body of this section is about: no-one knows when the Employer's life began, and even he has no idea when it will end, though, hopefully, it's soon. Sometime in his life, he began an organised criminal business empire, known only as The Syndicate. This, once more, is entirely conjecture, and their existence is denied by a number of valid sources and points, but it's posed as the number-one Employer theory around today.

The Syndicate supposedly has a simple objective. To control the entirety of the world's criminal network. It's bold, very much so, and incredibly ambitious; many have called it impossible. Many have tried before, and failed. No matter how many times attempts have been made, crime has remained mainly national, and segregated. But The Employer seems to think he's different, in this aspect.

He assembles a team. The Syndicate works on a number of 'rungs'. The first is for he and he alone, a seat of power available to only The Employer. The second rung is for his three greatest assets and subordinates; The Broker, The Benefactor, and The Consultant. The Consultant is arguably whom the Employer deals with the absolute most.

The third rung is the widest yet, and branches off into multiple countries and multiple orders of business, each member of the third rung taking control of a single organised crime 'gang', or a ring that others don't have access to. Through this, The Syndicate has a large hand in prostitution, drugs, smuggling, the black market... so many different things. The trick isn't to go at it as wartime; but business. Absorption and connections. The Syndicate might not end up controlling every criminal in the world, but when the time comes, if all the boxes they need to are checked, they may well have a link to them.

The Syndicate shows to have no boundaries, much like their spearheading figure. They supposedly send The Consultant to offer an ultimatum 'Join us. Connect with us, and we'll give you the most lucrative business deal you can ever think of. You'll be protected by us, and every last asset we have. You won't have to fear war or absorption any more. But if you don't? We'll wage war on you. We'll fight you down to the last man there is. And we'll do our absolute best to eradicate you.'

The Syndicate's four rules are as follows:

1) Don't ask for it. You'll be given it.
2) Betray us, and we'll repay that tenfold.
3) Do what The Employer commands you to at all times, and any times.
4) The Employer remains faceless, nameless, and without identity.

From there on out, things have been simple. The Syndicate is wholly unofficial, and thanks to the amount of plausible deniability The Employer retains, is major conjecture at the current moment in time, but this dossier is a compilation of the most prominent theories on the Employer's origin, personality, psychology, appearance, modus operandi...

For one purpose, and one purpose alone.

Eradicating him.

TRIVIA:
→ It's unsure which languages the Employer ACTUALLY speaks, but considering most of his work is done through computerised proxy, he can more or less convert it through use of computer programs to a number of different languages. Thus, these are as follows: Amestrian, Cretan, Xingese, Drachman, Creig, Aerugese, Esparian, Rouenian (Gelemortian Dialect), Cerisian, and Ishvallan. The Employer has not yet shown a knowledge or comprehension of any other languages, including Kudzait, Samaltaan, Lokhyn, Tiberian/Latin, and old, traditional Rouenian.

1. Employer, The should be just The Employer seeing as that is not his last name. Though since that is just a title, you need to put his actual name there last name first.
2. Name: So then what is this Employer's name? Surely he knows his own name.
3. Age: So how old is he? I mean I need a reason here at least for him not knowing his own age. XD
4. Sex: / Race: See, you did it very well there.
5. Birthplace: CITY, please. It's nice that you're being creative, but I need something to approve it.
