DESCRIPTION:
→ Ika has moderately long black hair that spikes downwards to just around his neck at all sides, excluding the front of his face which goes just above halfway down it inbetween his eyes. His eyebrows are thin and long, which his eyes themself are rather large and coloured blue. He tends to have a perpetually happy smile upon his face, which only disappears when he is extremely sad or angry.

While he stands at a height of 5’1” unaided Ika is not accepting of this height, finding it to be a bit small for his liking, and to fix it he wears shoes that increase his height to 5’4". Said shoes are made of metal, and often hinder him in his movements because of it.

Loosely around his neck Ika wears a red scarf that trails out at the front and back. put as such so it sways dramatically when there is wind, while on his upper body he wears a white jacket and a plain black top, opting to wear grey and white fingerless gloves on his hands. Around his waist he wears two grey belts, because he thinks they look cool, while on his legs he wears trousers that are the same colour as his jacket. Ika has several copies of this 'uniform', and never wears anything else. Ever. Except when forced to wear something else as part of the military.

PERSONALITY:
→ Ika always seems to be a happy young man, ever energetic and running around while screaming at the top of his lungs. He loves everything over-the-top and ridiculous, everything 'supremely manly' and anything that is filled with passion. He absolutely loves the act of saving people, whether it be in the physical sense or mental sense. It’s his ultimate goal in his life to become a ‘hero’ to all people, remembered throughout the ages as someone who always did the right thing.

Due to this goal of his, he cannot help himself when he sees ‘injustice’ and will always rush in to help. Such injustices include, but are not limited to, bullying people, stealing, any act of intentionally harming someone and people being upset. He usually takes his approach to all of these problems with a loud, strong nature, preferring to beat the problems away. Even for upset people he challenges them to a fight because he believe that through fighting all emotions come out in 'glorious, manly' display.

Something Ika hates more then anything in his entire life is the thought of being weak, and other people pointing out his weaknesses to him. He wants to be tough, strong, brave and pretty much perfect in every single manageable way. He wants to be ‘special’, put simply, and anyone pointing out that he’s normal will get hate from him unlike much else. Insulting his strength is enough to make him start a fight with you, even if the person insulting him is way above him in terms of fighting ability.

Deep down within himself, though he would never in his life admit it, Ika is very insecure about himself. The reason he acts so over-the-top, like a character off of a TV show, is that he believes that these insecurities are wrong and should be ignored. Although it doesn't seem as such he thinks hard about what he does, at least after doing it, especially about whether or not it was the 'right' thing to do in that situation. If he concludes that it was the 'wrong' thing to do he feels incredibly guilty about it, though he never shows as such. In fact he gets extremely defensive about it, acting as if it was the right thing to do even if it was obviously not. He’ll go to great lengths to feel better about himself.

DEEPEST SECRET:
→ Ika is normal. Completely and utterly normal. He wants to be special, he acts like he’s special. But he’s not. He’s typical, boring and normal. There’s nothing more that he hates then being normal, and so he tries to hide the fact that he is as such.

IDOL:
→ His best friend from school, who tragically died in a car accident before his time. He’s the very reason Ika acts like he does, not content with being normal.

HISTORY:
→ There once was someone who was perfect in every way. They were smart, strong, charismatic and a prodigy in alchemy. They had many friends, and others who looked up to them as an idol like no other. They were loved by all. This person is not Ika. This person was Ika’s best friend. No one loved him more then Ika, no one looked up to him in the same way Ika did. There was nothing Ika wouldn’t do for him, because he was perfect in every way. He wanted to be like him, to be so perfect and complete… Unlike he ever was. Ika spent all his time with the boy, watching him defend weaker people from bullies and always be so cool.

One day when walking home this person died saving Ika’s life. Ika had been foolish enough to walk across a busy road and as he was about to die his friend pushed him out of the way to get hit himself. He blamed himself for what had happened, and so did everyone else. Those who he had once called him ‘friend’ spat at him as he walked past. Every day felt like a guilt trip for Ika, feeling so horrible about himself for having taken such a good person from the world.

He found himself looking in the mirror at himself one day and decided to change. He knew his friend wouldn’t want him to be like he was now, all moping and stuck in the past. He was going to act on the problem he had caused. So the world lost someone great… He’d have to become someone great to fill the gap. He had to forget himself and become someone better, someone special.

Ika travelled all around the country, doing his best to be a Hero to remember. Thing is, the World isn’t like a TV show as he hoped. There wasn’t danger and excitement everywhere he turned, only boring normal people. It depressed him somewhat, this isn’t what he wanted. How was he going to become special if he couldn’t even find excitement?

One day he came across an advertisement for the Aerugese army, and how they would train him to become a great soldier. How, if he was skilled enough, he’d become one of their Ninjas or a Leader. He was told how many had risen through the ranks at high speeds and managed to get the top positions, and how their leader was the greatest of all time.

It was then he decided his best chances, as a typical boy, was in joining the military. He’d leave behind his old life and start completely anew, planning to rise up through the ranks as fast as he possibly could. He’d serve his country and be remembered as a Hero, a great militant like no one else before him. Much to his disappointment he’s been stuck as a typical grunt since he signed up, and hasn’t advanced at all.

TRIVIA:
→ Ika can play the piano like a master, he seems to have a natural talent for it. He doesn’t speak of it much, it doesn’t help him in what he views as his goal, though he sometimes likes to play in private.

→ Ika is a crappy shot with any gun, because he likes to shoot before he actually aims.

→ Ika is pretty bad at close-quarters combat, mainly because he hinders himself by wearing massive steel boots. If he takes these off, he’s actually pretty decent. This rarely happens.

→ Ika is decent at driving cars, although inexperienced for the most part. Anyone with more experience or proper training could out-drive him anyday.

→ Ika is inept at using pretty much any technology, it just doesn’t seem to work for him. Ever. Only an idiot would tell him to work a computer.

→ Ika has respectable skill at driving motorcycles, able to drive them to the level of a professional. It’s one of the few things he boasts about that he can actually do. He can pull off some fine stunts with them too.

→ Ika speaks Aerugese and broken Amestrian, though he understands it pretty well.
