CHECK THE CANON LIST FIRST.

• Non-Militant Characters :: FOR NOW I'm restricting the characters solely to the military in order to bulk up the countries for plot purposes. However, I am opening potential ideas that you can PM me to discuss.
  
• Esparians :: Esparia is currently being set aside for later use, essentially NPCed for now.
  
• Arms Dealers :: We have too many.
  
• Lightning Alchemists :: This was mentioned as a special kind of alchemy and thus cannot be performed normally (considering the complicated scientific procedure). Electricity Alchemists that, say, pertain to electronic devices and so forth are not banned. You can PM me to discuss this/work something out.
  
• Counter Alchemy Alchemists :: It's honestly impractical, and has far too many variables to be properly useful. Therefore, it's just easier for everyone if it's disallowed.
