DESCRIPTION:
→ When down her hair just below shoulder length however (as seen above) her hair is tied up most of the time, except for her spiky side fringe, this makes it easier to fight. Her eyes are a Bright Golden, this is due to her ancestry. Her skin is a pale colour as her father was borin in central city. She generally wear a black/grey coat to mask her appearance, on the back of the coat there is a white scythe with two snakes wrapped around it. Underneath she wears a short shirt as she gets too warm fighting in a big coat. She also wears leather trousers because they were what her sister always used to wear when fighting.
Her left arm is made out of full steel auto mail reaching from her shoulder all the way to her hand. Her arm is a cold climate type of Automail limb. It is designed by a young girl called Winry and is a carbon-based make to prevent it freezing up, meaning that her movement is not compromised in any environment. This is lighter than other models available however with her advance knowledge and practise in Alchemy this is more of a help than hassle.
She walks and travels confidently, not afraid of death. She is silent however, like the grim reaper, she uis silent, but incredibley deadly. Her voice is quite a low and pwerful one, matured most the time. This is due to the weathering and the experience’s she’s suffered through.

PERSONALITY:
→ Missa on the surface can appear noticeably immature at times. She is strong willed and stubborn, but can let the pettiest of things annoy her. on the outside she appears to act on her own accord, and does what suits her with no one else in mind. When given reasoning she always makes herself sound self absorbed and slightly selfish. She is extremely short tempered and uses violence rather than negotiation. She has a nasty despise for people in power, and those who are higher than her, yet often appears to flaunt her own power, by always giving out big checks and not being afraid to admit that she has made quite the name for herself. She has the reputation of those in authority as a loose cannon, and will often take the decision that annoys them the most. However the act that she always gets the job done right, and more intelligently than her peers means that they have no foot to stand on when hey complain. This also adds to her growing ego. The characteristics she is most known by is being cynical, disobedient, will do anything to relieve you from your view of god, always sticks to reality and her quick wit, smooth talking and self confidence that can get her out of all troubles. From disobeying rules, to being trapped in a cave filled with homunculi.
There is a side to Missa, however, that is not like this, very few people see it and those who do are ones who have made an impact on her life. Inside she has selfless loyalty and compassion beyond compare, which can sometimes be mis-read as unexplainable stubbornness. She has suffered a lot as a child meaning that she can see, connect and understand other suffering, and though advise she give may either sound harsh or stubborn, it is always truthful and wrapped with experience. When someone is in trouble unlike other alchemists, she can’t ignore a pained heart and will try to help it. Life filled with sins and mistakes, she always tries to get people to take the responsibly of their mistakes. With an Automail arm, and damaged heart, she tries to will those who are healthy to move on, continue with their lives, because looking back only hurts you more. She is a hero to the people, and a pain to society, with a reckless manner, but selfless unflinching heart.
As a result of being obsessed with Edward for too long, Missa has picked up the trait of being sensitive about her height, however, unlike Edward who lashes in small violent manner that is a nuisance but controllable, Missa is a lot more dangerous. She has a tendency to corner the victim or two throw them to a grown, her eyes have claimed to sparkle menacingly as she places un imaginable awful threats in their heads, or will beat them to a shivering mess. However like Edward these tempers can be easily controlled if another person steps in. Most Alchemist say it’s like a temporary switch in personality, others just say it’s a temper tantrum turned extreme by her power.
Though Missa proudly confesses that he does not believe in gods, her spiritual sensibilities tend more toward the agnostic than the atheistic; in private, though she does not pray, she frequently acknowledges the existence of a god in her speech, if only to justify why it is that her life has been so difficult.
She cannot stay still for long and is always itching to move (unless she studying) which is probably why she is always travelling.

Missa always looked up to him after picking it up from her older sisters obsession. Their dad would tell of all the stories about him that he learnt in central, and they were constantly fascinated. They wanted to be powerful and inspirational just like him. However being only children, they never picked up on the lessons of his stories, and never remembered that with all the good decisions he made, there were plenty of bad ones.

HISTORY:
→ When she was younger Missa lived with her older sister Kayla Rayne and her father (Andrew Rayne) in Resembool. They had heard about the Fullmetal Alchemist and always looked up to him. However, never listened to the lessons he had learned on his travels. Their father died, the girls were devastated. They followed, blindly, in their idols steps. They tried to bring back their own dad. They studied all the time, only went out to eat. Just after her 9th birthday Missa and Kayla try to bring their dad back from the dead. When it all went wrong Missa and Kayla both went to the gate. They tried to take Missa, so in an attempted to save her, Kayla threw herself into the gate instead, and has remained their ever since. Missa is convinced that her body and soul is on the other side of tha gate. However, the only way to save is, may be to kill her, allowing her soul to rest in peace. By that time Kayla had saved Missa however, Missa had already lost her right arm. That night she crawled to a descendant of Pinako, Named Alisha. She worked with Automail, following the traditional family footsteps. Missa begged for her to keep it a secret, and to let her have an Automail arm. Alisha betrayed her, and phoned the state, believing they would arrest her for performing such a crime. When Missa went to see her home for the last time she saw the body of her dad, transformed into a homunculus, along with lust. She killed her father but lust escaped, it was then that a few men from the state appeared, all they did was take her home, and when talking to Alisha, they said that when she’s older, she would make a very impressive Alchemist. She decided to become a state alchemist in order to find out more about homunculus, how to destroy them, and if there’s a way of getting her sister back from the other side of the gate. She spend years of her life just training solidly, that one goal still in mind. She was at this point a natural blonde, however an experiment gone wrong destroy some of her hair follicles and made her hair slowly get darker and darker until it reached its current black state. At age 11 she goes to the Alchemy Exam. Alisha, as a way for making up for betraying her, walks into the exam, sneaking the girl in with her. Once the papers start, they notice the 11 year old girl in the assessment papers. However, the alchemists just laugh it off and say let the girl have her fun since she’s gone to such lengths’. It’s not like she would know the first thing about alchemy anyway. She passes the writing exam with flying colours’ The general at the time is suggested to kick her out, but by now he’s determined to prove that an 11 year old girl couldn’t make it as an alchemist, so tells them to let her continue. When it comes to the interview, her controversial statements shock all of them. However, it also makes some examiners toy with the idea of an 11 year old girl making it as an alchemist. This annoys the general further so as a way to embarrassed the girl and finally get rid of it he offers a proposition. He would allow the girl to become an alchemist on one condition, as a feild test, instead of the usual ‘create something from these materials’ test, she could fight anyone in this room. If she wins or at least shows a descent battle, the position is hers. Expecting the girl to back down he shocked when she jumps up and accepts. She challenges one of the examiners, not really caring who it is and the following day she had to fight. She is almost killed in the battle, but comes out victories in the battle (although what she truly believes, and what is most likely truth, is that the alchemist went easy on her, allowing her to win, and saving her from what would probably be certain death but still, it showed everyone her power. As she worked through the rank she bumps into the homunculus, on more than one occasion. Now, she still has the same goals as she did before, it seems every lead is a dead end, but while her sister is still on the other side of the gate, she refuses to back down. She often stumble into many Alchemist form all backgrounds, along with a whole load of homunculi. She is commonly found wearing a cloak to conceal her identity, as she feels sometimes like she doesn’t truly understand who she is.

ALCHEMIC ABILITY:
→ mostly known for three abilities
A- The ability to not need a Transmutation Circle, she has been the gate and has witness the truth. This means by merely touching her palms together, she creates an energy circulation with her arms and transmutes by using her own will as a substitute for the necessary runes. This ability means that she can take full advantage of her alchemy in the worst of situations and can improvise well in danger.
B- The ability to create lightning without even clapping her hands together or clicking. This is thanks to her Automail arm. She uses the Metal that is in that arm and the wave’s flowing in the atmosphere (e.g. radio waves) to create a special type of lightning. This is good forgiving the enemy a shock, and for disorientating them before a final attack
C- Finally she has the ability to create a fire like element. When she clicks her left (Automail) arm it creates not only friction for fire, but the metal again creates electricity, giving the fire a purple blue tinge. The combination of this an element’s in the air, makes the fire 20% hotter than your average flame, it gives the fire an almost physical form, meaning that when it hits an opponent it can knock them down, or throw them against a wall. Lastly because fo the small amount of electricity produced, it gives the fire more accuracy, and will hurt the average villain 25% more than a normal flame attack.

As it follows, several parts of your application breaches forum canon, restrictions and standards.
- All canon characters from FMA are dead, and at most they are merely referenced, but are never alive in these cases. Yet your character is 16 year old, she couldn't have even lived in those times to have even known them.
- Going by your inference that apparently there is another Xerxian that survived and she is by no means related to the Elrics, I'd have to deny that as there are no other Xerxians around save Father, whom is dead, Hohenheim, whom is dead, and Edward and Alphonse Elric, whom both are dead.
- You cannot have an automail that is made by Winry, as Winry is dead.
- Predetermining interactions of how people would act around her on the basis of the fact she can be egotistical and apparently better qualified at their job than they are is denied. As that's not for the personality to make of it, but the person interacted to that would decide how things would go in an appropriate reaction.
Remove the following points from personality...
= Reputation does not go into personality concerning other people as a predetermined reaction, remove that.
= Accomplishing missions as if she were better than all of Amestris's armed forces, remove that too. It also implies a predetermined reaction as if the situation is gauged only by her than the fellow RPer.
= Being trapped in a cave with Homunculi. Not something to put up in personality either.
= Heroism to the people and menace to society traits don't go into personality either, punt those out too.
= Edward is dead, can't obsess with someone like him in the manner you do, as if he were alive.
= Combat prowess and the capacity to kill someone in that predetermined way should be cut, deleted, and not put into personality either. Remove those aspects as well.
- In the history, remove the following and also revamp it as listed below.
= Edward is dead, can't have him alive and renowned in that mannerism, as noted above in my points at personality.
= Edward and Alphonse had an excuse as to why they gained study material and all those alchemic transcripts as to open up gates. Their father is the oldest Alchemist around alongside Father. So, punt out the fact that there were study materials that allowed to open the gate, ESPECIALLY considering the fact this is eerily similar to Edward Elric and Alphonse's mannerism of opening the gateway. Remove the references of Human Transmutation in that way.
= Nope, no gate opening, especially if you aren't level 4. Remove all references of the gate in the history.
= Erm... no. Just no. Homunculus aren't created like Sloth is or in the 2003 FMA anime style. They derive their traditions from the FMA manga, not the 2003 anime. Also Lust has nothing to do with your character unless current Lust is asked for permission about that, despite the fact she has little to nothing to do with Amestris. Also remove all references of having known the Homunculus in even that manner, if that was planned.
= No Alisha either, from the time period that was implied and her relationship to Pinako, it was as if she was her OTHER daughter, hence Edward's time period. Get rid of her if that's the case.
= Edward was already a HUGE major exception as to why he was picked for state alchemist status, and considering the request to remove all references to the level 4 capacity to do transmutation of that scale, punt out the whole state alchemist business. The least age a military alchemist can be, or a militant exactly, is the age of over seventeen. And your character's age is 11 at the time. It's honestly too Mary Sueish for her to be skilled at a craft that was demonstrably rarely attained, and even unheard of when Edward got it.
= Erm... that's not how examinations go, they wouldn't go STRAIGHT out of their way to allow an 11 year old girl in, and also the fact is the examination isn't exactly something that would have Alchemists fight to the death with examiners. Good examiners are hard to come by, and there is no guarantee that the examiners themselves are Alchemists.
- Alchemy is plain out denied in the three following major reasons listed below.
= Level 4 capability to use transmutation without arrays is denied absolutely, especially without prior admin approval or even the necessary level to attain it.
= Lightning is banned, the alchemy hasn't been worked out with Reila our headmistress, there is no action to gain a reaction in turn which violates laws of alchemy, and automail's "bio-electricity" power isn't even enough to make something of that caliber, zapping people just like that.
= Erm... fire can't magically just gain a physical form just because it is combined with lightning. MDA may have the preternatural science of alchemy, but this is stretching it too far to the mystical dimension of magic. In plain out short, DENIED.
- Trivia for the following should go as follows, Japanese is Aerugese, English is Cretan, and Chinese is Xingese.
- Custom Rank isn't just a different spelling of a military rank. So you're not a Major spelled as "Mayjor", but rather it is something given only to your character if anything as an OOC Title.
- Official Title is denied on the basis that her powers too showy to be considered secretive, and fear of her itself is subjective to the character in question.
There is so much to revamp in this application, that you might as well just start a new one. Here are the following links to actually READ when it comes to consulting something for a guideline as it follows. The links below would show which rules are breached in lieu to what exactly.

Review those three, consult staff, look at other character sheets, and also take the Mary Sue litmus test for your next rendition of your character. It will help you come up with a better character and design of it.
