A rare bit of wandering about.
Really, he didn't have much to say about this district simply because it was so fascinating. So many business in so little a space, and a whole wealth of variety too. It was a pity he didn't really get a proper salary, or else he might've enjoyed himself a bit more, but then again. He was just touring South City as a whole, and right now was just making a drop-by in the Bazaar.
It really was an experience, since he spent most of his years in Esparia, and only recently had been allowed about to see the world under his official job. Well, to be accurate, his job still didn't let him go around to 'see' ... it was the fact that his position in the grand scheme of things meant he could bother his boss to let him GO around to sight-see, under the claims of investigation.
But, ah well, so many people, so many goods, and altogether he wanders about like a spectre, bundled up in his layers so as not to show his face. Really, there was no need to disguise himself so, since no one knew his connection to the 'Red Death' identity ... yet. But, compulsory habits are named like that for a reason, and here he couldn't break it. So, lucky him it's a cool day in South, as he walks around with a hooded sweatshirt ... and a damn scarf to obscure his face, letting instead brown orbs gaze out from the dark cavernous openings in his armor of cloth, still blinking with a bit of wonder at all this. Really, he shouldn't be this impressed, but God help him, there just wasn't anything like it back at home.
And for another moment, his eyes are distracted and looking away from the crowded path he was following, oblivious to persons who were before him. Or any objects.
