DESCRIPTION:
→ Enma isn't like most girls in her time. Not anymore, at least. Before, when she still lived with her family, her parents made sure she was dressed as best as she could be. Makeup and all. However, the makeup and the beautiful clothes could not hide how abnormally thin and delicate she was. Her skin was (and still is) just a shade darker than porcelain. She was a defenseless creature; when ones voice was raised, she'd shrink away if she was close enough to consciousness. Her unusually fair hair was long, about to mid-back. Most times it was tied back into a loose braid or it was just left as it was. When she spoke, her voice was barely above a whisper, and lacked any conviction or power over others. It was also unfeeling, and detached from reality. She barely left her bed, most days, and just sat staring out her bedroom window. There wasn't much else she could do, in her condition; she still suffers from an illness that really doesn't have a permanent cure.

Now, however, this is not the case. After leaving her family, she's changed quite a bit. Though still thin and delicate looking, she has a strong air of independence. She holds herself tall, with her chin lifted, and seems to be the rebellious type. Most of her hair has been lopped off, and now is in a short, slightly asymmetrical style. Enma always has her light blond locks down, draped over her right shoulder. She is no longer dressed in Aerugese clothing, but Cretan style. Male, Cretan style. Even in her outlandish attire, she has a subtle charm to her. Her face is often easy-going, with a lopsided smile, but azure eyes betray her. Within them is pain.

PERSONALITY:
→ Enma is... complicated. She's very strong willed and stubborn; she will not be shaken from any of her beliefs easily. She portrays herself as independent, though internally she is unsure of her footing. Her goal is to make it through the life she chose, and go down swinging. She believes that life is a war no one can win, because death will always win. It takes everyone, just like a blade in the heart takes a soldiers life. It is inevitable. However, that's more internal. With others, she seems easygoing and likes to tease. She never stays in one place very long.

Enma is hesitant about letting people get close to her, due to some trust issues. After almost being married off to a rather unpleasant man and kept on special medicine for the rest of her life unwillingly, she's hesitant to rely on anyone but herself. Back to the "life is a war" state of mind, she believes life isn't a war worth fighting if you can't hold your own. She pushes almost anyone who tries to get too close to her away, preferring to keep her relationships brief. She seems to be the "life is good" type, and seems to get bored easily. She portrays herself as a reckless, fun-seeking tomboy. Almost none of her past "friends" were female (no, she has never been involved in any risque activities; she likes to swap town gossip and any funny anecdotes shes been told by others). Her true nature, however, is quite lonely. She seeks a comfort she can't find within herself, but she is unwilling to take the risk to step out of her comfort zone.

HISTORY:
→ For most of her life, Enma has been her parents' daughter. She never raised her voice, never questioned them once. She was obedient and loyal. However, she was also not "herself". Enma was born with a malady of sorts, making her body weaker than most. Without special treatment, she could find herself in serious chronic pain or fainting spells. However, this treatment also made her detached from reality. She wasn't quite with everyone in the world of the living. She could often be found staring into space, and sometimes quite unresponsive to conversations.

For a time, she was taken off the medication after several years, to see how she did. The doctor said she was fine, but she started to gain more of a personality (how she acts now). She became aware of how she had no say in any aspect of her life, and soon rebelled against her parents wishes. She hated being treated like she was defenseless, and became quite bitter around her parents. The Enma her parents had known all their lives was gone.

Her father, who never could've though his daughter was capable of thinking for herself, decided that he would put her back on the medicine. He didn't love that Enma. He would sooner disown that Enma than accept that that was who she really was. He tried to force her to take the medicine. The first chance she got, she made her exit. She left her family. However, she did stay in Aerugo; she was not so willing to leave her homeland as she was her family. She changed everything about herself; how she looked, how she acted; this was her second transformation.

Race: She'd be Aerugese. Human is her species.

Description: I saw you changed your date of birth to a more current one. Awesome! But now this first line in your description makes little sense. "Enma isn't like most girls in her time. Not anymore, at least" This is modern times, and fashion is all over the place, so how is she unlike most girls in her time?

Personality: Only at 277 words so far. Just add a bit more to make it 300 and you're good. //_^

History: Again, coming up a bit short here. History needs to be a minimum of 450 words, and your current one is at 279. I like the history so far, though. :3 Just expand a bit about how she left and got her life on her own started, maybe?

Trivia: Her native language would be Aerugese, rather than Japanese. And is there anything else you want to add in here? Like, does she still suffer from the fainting and catatonic spells, or what does she do now, if she's left her parents' home?
