DESCRIPTION:
→ Jojo has a thin smooth face with soft skin. The skin is elegantly smoothed out and not completely horrid with the age that Jojo has. The single pink colored scar that runs down the edge of her temple and down towards her neck revolves around a story. Jojo's cheeks are average in muscle tone and confined skin. Following the cheeks and the scar will both display the way her cheeks can blush at different times. When blushing the cheeks will revolve to show lightened shades of red and darkened shades of pink. Making her cheeks reveal more to a story than she would like. The cheeks would normally be a flushed expression'd color that is not seen very often in a normal person, then again Jojo has never been a normal person.

The girl's lips are plush with the light shade of pink. Normally lined upwards with a smile that can be defined as demonic care. Demonic care for punishment can arise even when one is smiling and as such this is an instance where she always smiles like that. Yet when not smiling and in the office, her bored expression is just the strait line that doesn't curve up nor down at all. When frowning this can only be seen as a disappointed look from one of such charismatic fortitude.

Jojo's eyes are keen with blue tints. Though her pupils are oddly large for dilation as far as the science is concerned. A darkening of the pupils colors can be equally frightening when seen as the anger fills in her face. Jojo's eyes are covered in the purple bag's hue as they are seen to completely show that she is not a day person. Her eyes are only the beginning though when she decides to actually sleep in the night and go out in the day because you can barely see her pupils at all.

Jojo's hair is pink and curled out to a nice glistening form. Her hair goes strait down to her butt detailing that it is long. Her hair has naturally been cut only once. Also having been treated plenty of times with small time trims here and there. Her pink hair is unnatural on many occasions by color alone. Only when called in for meeting someone of extreme importance will she put her hair up in a bun and decorate it with feathers in a traditional native american fashion.

Her figure is very feminine in admiration to most boy fantasies. Her breast are over average with the bulbous size of D-cup. Her thin gut line comes from her small weight and tall height. She has long shaved legs that remain that way due to the painful waxing. Her skin tone is naturally tanned white to which you'd see of the Native American skin tone. The skin complexion in general is equal to that of a mother's.

Jojo has a few scars here and there and those include the tattoo marking across her back as well. She has the scar that looks like a pitchfork over her heart having been made during her first run in with a hollow. She also has a crimson dragon tattoo on her back facing upward. The dragon covers most of her back with its wings and tail. The dragon was made from blood ink that has long past dried over.

PERSONALITY:
→ Following a twelve point code of conduct she normally can only see the result and the distance between can only be used by certain paths. The code deals with obedience and trust but also the bravery and friendly help she can give to people. It may just be these traits that bring about her flaws as well as her reasonably awkward habits, such as popping her neck repetitively for no reason. She is a healer of not just the mind but the emotional problems that arise as well. Personally she sees conflict as not a problem but a good criticism theory that dockets ones opinion into the massive pool of civilization.

She however feels strongly about many things as such to the degree of knocking herself out time and time so she doesn't attempt murdering due to the agitation. One is the freeloader. This kind of person whom uses up resources and gives nothing back deserves nothing but due to her duties she is more often than not forced to reconcile with this. Third is the petty crimes that humans do to each just to make mincemeat for their next meal. She has changed many times but yes she does have some small fluke about her that can't be fixed until of late in years and experience.

Some of Jojo's worst topics of discussion insist on destroying others. War is never her favorite option as she despises such measures as she would merely fight to end it as soon as possible. She likes to cave, swim, hike, and kiss. That would be the oddest bit of her is that she will kiss the most random people that could be seen. Even though she swears she is strait and only likes guys she will kiss girls at random.

She has only this one persona that can not do much with aside from defend. She is the absolute defense in this. She lives to protect human life but not to follow its standard's of living. She is often seen as a heretic or pessimistic and at times a masochist. She is many things while living the life to protect those she can not stand to see harmed.

Jojo does not appreciate harsh amounts of tone and anger with people being short to her. Short as in angry, questioning, etc. She is flawed in the aspect that she has personally hated her family and due to this has watched them pay the final price. This still haunts her in her nightmares so another thing she does not like is nightmares either. One thing she will never get to accept is persons whom kill without question or motive.

She has trained more than her physical self these past few years. Her training exceeded even the highest of expectations of her own self. She has learned much and that shows her dedication to her life's goal. Her life goal being the protectionist of the Military. To become an "angel of the night" in a sense. With this dream she can protect anyone within her site and that is what leads her on.

HISTORY:
→ Jojo of the Kaguya loved swords and dance… as in toyed, gave names, and played with the swords of which she learned how to dance with. She was born in Central City during a storm so bad that for quite some time the Kaguya family remained in the hospital. But this had no fault to her growth. Instead, it increased the likely-hood of her mental capabilities. She grew quickly to memorize and know how familiarize herself with dance and merging it with blades, kitchen knives to start.

At age 5 she had her first true swordsmanship lesson, which was fusing her dance knowledge with the abilities of throwing, hacking, and slashing with a blade. It resembled a spike of knowledge and Jojo thought of it as a spear in a way. It was a long spike with oriented drawings, such was the dragon tattoo on her back in later years to come. Jojo picked up the art of shooting a gun quickly and after two days of trying to figure it out she had made shooting look like a baby’s game. Once she learned this she always would shoot out on the range with her mother on weekends. Her grace as a battle-form dancer grew as she learned of the defenses of the blade as well as its offenses.

While in the school she went to for regular mathematics and literature she would come home with her father, whom was a captain of the military. That day she would never forget and probably the biggest scar on her own self would be the day her family was annihilated. She had graduated from high school and as a treat from her father went somewhere to hang out and even do some dueling together. They had a great time as her mother was gardening that night.

Anyways, while her mom was on her gardening rut, there was a murderous act about. The murder was made by an unknown organization leaving only one trace of evidence distinguishing themselves as alchemists. This one that was killed by her mother however was a master of poison bombing. Jojo was given her graduation present which was the death of her mother. When she and her father got home they were surrounded by blood of all their family members. They found Jojo’s mother clutching a family portrait to her chest. She was dead but her might killed one of the assailants.

A week after moving a tattoo of an ancient art was performed. The tattoo made from the blood of their mother put on Jojo's back. They applied a preservation solution to her back which would provide the equilibrium needed to keep the tattoo from fading. Her father paid for this to be performed and under his supervision he approved it through and through. The next day while Jojo was asleep he killed himself leaving a note for Jojo when she woke up.

For the next few years, all the way to now, Jojo trained in silence, hiding it away. No one bothered her, no one worried, and yet everyone saw this young woman shape more and more into an obedient tool. She joined the military shortly after turning nineteen and has grown plenty in the years that had come. Her heritage never has remained hidden as anyone who wishes to know her past need only to read her records. The reason they can now no longer ask her themselves is because she has sealed off all possible communications that she relays, refusing to ever speak.

It leaves me to wonder how exactly Jojo is going Gaara with sand and keeping its present form without having to condense it to stand upright on its own. The fact she has complete control to this degree is flaunted to a level 3's ability at the least with such mastery, and henceforth I request you scale it back to the mere simple alchemical manipulation of sand as basic as reshaping it is as far as it goes. Sand shouldn't be able to kill someone just like that, and cannot be controlled in the imagined "Sebuku no Gaara" manner. So I advise you to restrict and scale it down by A LOT. A bullet can very well penetrate because its sand, it's not like it's a 10 meter thick steel wall. Please remember, Alchemy still has roots in advanced chemistry.

Sand itself is inefficient as it cannot be maintained in shape without consistent alchemy to reshape it, and transmute it, and has to have a degree of accuracy. Would have been better if Jojo picked up on "soft metal" that at least it can maintain itself and keep up with its lethality.

On an extra note, being a state alchemist despite being an alchemist is not a requirement, one can join as a soldier while being an alchemist, without having to join the state alchemist program which no doubts funds them with a lot of money just to maintain a research on the fields of alchemy.

With that said, scale back your sand, moderate your history with your new found knowledge, and I'll check your application again.

Actually, you're not allowed to be a State Alchemist at all until Level 2. You can still be an alchemist and a militant, but the actual State certification can't come until Level 2 with the expenditure of 50 points.

My only issue here is your Alchemy. Fear-based powers are... far too godmod, I'm afraid. It's effectively pushing something onto the opponent that they wouldn't really be able to resist.

Fear is for interrogation. When you are bound to chains, rope, or anything else I am sorry to say but you would eventually falter and fall under the pressure of said torture due to the interrogation. You say fear based powers are too much here? Then why have I seen something similar already?

Ah, not exactly what I meant. I do get that fear is a given in certain situations, but you're attempting to manufacture a state of mind onto a character, without permission of the player. Especially if it doesn't seem that there's any way to get out of it. I do know exactly what you're going for, don't get me wrong.

To note, I don't exactly mean to jump over what Dai's said or indeed back him up and become redunant, but my curiosity has got the better of me.

I'm curious. What exactly have you seen which is similar already? I'd like to look further into that.

I'd also like to note that whilst perhaps at earlier levels you could use noise to produce endorphins and hormones to trigger natural bodily reflexes, you'd need a specific, tweaked trigger that specifically reminds someone of their 'most feared' memory to force them to relive it. That'd also most likely require some form of hallucinogenic side-effect included - as well as a prior knowledge of said target's memory.

I'd say that that, however, would perhaps be a better avenue to explore. Fear manifests in different ways for everyone and is thus individualised; it's godmodding to all hell, as fun as it is to play it up against NPCs. The ability to perhaps hold tiny caps over her fingertips engraved with translucent transmutation circles and then touching someone's bare skin would perhaps work better due to the degree of leniency allowed there.

Think about it. Provided you just inject them with a hallucinogen, this can be as versatile as you want. It opens up many different avenues; you'd have on one hand those who are totally at the mercy of it, and on the other those absolutely resistant to it.

Alchemical abilities with a specialisation in psychological warfare are not the same as fear. Cutting off someone's head and raising it, dripping with blood and gore, up into the air as you chant some mystic, ritualistic crock of shit has the POSSIBILITY to imbue a sense of fear in passers-by. But that's a secondary ability and isn't generally the focus of alchemy, as fear is an emotion. Emotions are defined by characters. By forcing emotion on another character, you force their hand and control them, causing them to perhaps develop in ways the player doesn't want or halt all development altogether. And that's not the way you'll be allowed to play.

Personally I believe any form of alchemy which tinkers with emotion - note that I don't count those which instil euphoria, alchemical highs, etc - itself is very much dangerous territory.

You'll also want to cut all usage of the term 'alchemist' and replace it with 'alkahestrist' pertaining to Jojo herself as the former's now invalid with the changes you made - that is, if you decide to continue with alkahestry.
