BRIEFING:
→ Ookami is a typical Lee-Enfield bolt-action, magazine-fed, repeating rifle. Its looks like any other rifle of that model, light brown and with some parts being black. Its distance is pretty large due to the fact that it is a rifle and mostly used for sniping people. It had a strap attached to it so that the user can carry it on his back or around his shoulder when not using it. Cromwell only uses this weapon when he is on missions and so he rarely carries it with him. When not in use he keeps it at his house, and there is a second one in his office. Both of those places have ammunition storages as well. Usually when using it he carries two packs of ammunition with him, each with 10 rounds for use, making it a total of 20 rounds. For further ammo he has to go to his office or his house to get it, or he can just buy new ones in a shop or get them from a military base.
→ Same or shark is a black hook dagger which Cromwell stole from a dead Cretan soldier who he killed a few years ago. He doesn't really use this thing since he prefers boxing and getting blood in his hands, but at some times it can be useful, such as in cases when he gets tied up by the enemy or something. The knifes design makes it a rather beautiful weapon and staining it with blood gives it a even better look. Red, black and silver, the combination of those colors can make this dagger a rather enchanting appearance. It is located in the right sleeve of Cromwell and with a single flick of his hand he can make it slide down and fall into his grasp.

Re: Weapons and Ammo [May 29]
I'd like to note, before you get further into the swing, that unless that rifle is anti-tank specifically, anti-armour, or anti-materiel, there's pretty much no way a conventional round of the size you have up there could ever pierce tank armour. Furthermore, it doesn't really look like the gun you have up there is chambered for .50 BMG rounds.
So either upsize your weapon or downsize your targets. Simple. ^_^

Mkay
Bummer, but oh well, I'll stick to smaller targets then.

Finished.
I am not good at describing these things, too much technical stuff, and I don't want to copy paste from wiki so.....hope you like my improvised descriptions.....x.x

REVISE
Your special ability is... really rather unrealistic. In all fairness, the amount of knowledge of technical specifications and complete precision you'd need to just deflect a bullet of a single specified surface - not to mention the ability to perfectly analyse angles at a distance - really makes this sort of accuracy totally unlikely. You'd need a hell of a lot of luck to even be in the ballpark of your enemy with a ricochet shot - even taking that you're pretty much an Olympic marksman straight off the bat.
I don't mean to be a buzzkill, but with a regular militant this really isn't that possible.
However, I've got some advice to give. If you'd still go down this route, there's probably a number of explanations you could use for making this ricochet effect happen if he's an alchemist. Curving and guiding air and oxygen around rounds, maybe manipulating metal or stone so that the target surface can be reshaped... it'd be highly circumstantial but rather unorthodox and intriguing.
By all means please don't just cut this completely. It'd be great if you investigated a little further into making this a good amount more realistic. Sorry to be an ass ^_^;

Re: Weapons and Ammo [May 29]
I don't like complicated stuff, so I would rather not have that technique and so I have removed that part completely.
I apologize, I had no idea that little trick was so hard to complete (they made it look so much easier in the movies 8D).
Other than that, is everything else okay?
