BRIEFING:
→ The straps are usually a strong cloth so they are harder to cut but it can be down and they can still be moved. At the end half of them have sharp hooks that if used correctly will hood into people's skin or clothes and rip. The blades are sharp 6 inch blades that if also used correctly can be used like arrows and at the speeds he reaches can actually cause somebody to die. The hooks are more-so a weapon to hurt, the blades moreso to kill. And he knows how to use them with his high speeds and even if not moving he can use them as throwing devices and such. He can remove them as well if he can.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Cyclone of Teeth is a move he is known for. He uses his alchemy on his rollerblades that causes him to spin at high speeds and his straps spin too and can slash and hook in the most painful or deadly of ways. Downside to this attack is he gets extremely dizzy and has been known to throw up afterwards and is usually disoriented afterwards for a moment. Thus he doesn't do this often.
