BRIEFING:
→ The Beretta Px4 Storm, or as Zenith calls it, Calamity, is chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum rounds. Zen carries twenty-round typical box clips, alongside a tac-light, laser pointer system, and a suppressor (although these are not always equipped). Calamity is holstered in a standard-issue Cretan police black holster, usually at Zenith's hip.
→ The dice are red and translucent, six-faced, as per usual. However, the side with a single dot on isn't actually a marking or an indent, but a raised button. Pressing this button will light a five-second fuse before detonating whatever explosives are inside the specific die; carrying usually twenty with him at any given time, the dice release a fairly powerful explosion which, if on target, can hurt. The dice also detonate, once triggered, from a hard enough impact (e.g., button is pressed then thrown at ground).
Alongside his standard-issue explosive charges fitted inside the die (custom-made by a friend of Zen's), he also carries flashbang, smoke, and incendiary dice, alongside keeping a pouch of five or six containing caltrops for the purpose of high-octane car chases.
→ This model of the Lotus Exige, a 2009 Lotus Exige S, is a two-seater coupe with a 1.8L engine. It reaches 60mph from a static position in under five seconds, and has a top speed of 148mph. Whilst lightweight and somewhat fragile, Cretan in origin, the Exige is a rather zippy little roadster that tends to make its way down the highway pretty much as fast as the driver wants it to. Zen has it in matte black, as shown in the picture below.
→ It's a Zippo lighter, embossed with the picture of an Ace of Spades. Named after Zen's lost brother, Sid.
→ A pump-action eight-round M870 combat shotgun, named affectionately for the most dangerous and toughest woman he knows. Usually kept in the hard-to-reach back seat of the Exige, or just the boot if all else fails. Fires 12-gauge buckshot, only used when AWESOME FLYING DRILLS won't do. Works good for hitting people with, hefty and reliable piece of kit.
