DESCRIPTION:
→ Dracula is a tall lithe figure with a atletic build designed for moving and fast strikes, he is agile and it shows in the way he walks but also slouches so as not to be seen while his other personality walks with a air of confidence and arrogance as if he is the center of the world and deserves to be there. He has pale white skin that never changes no matter how long in the sun he is. Black slicked back hair and a large bunch of white that hangs down in front of his face. However when he uses his power his hair stands up in spikes like electricty had flown through it.

He wears a black cloak with a tall tower in the back that goes past his head and widens out revealing a red inner color. The cloak goes to the back of his ankles and stops. the entire cloak can cover him like a cacoon except for his head and somehow stays together without being held except when he opens it. Dracula has slit yellow eyes that grow more animlistic when he turns and seem to glow. His ears are normal except when he goes to his other form then they grow longer and taper to a point.

His body is free of blemishes or anything else with smooth skin showing his young age. However when using his abilities his face becomes sharper. He wears a red shirt the color of blood and black pants with knee high boots locked around the knee.

PERSONALITY:
→Dracula has a split personality differenting on his ability. When unactive Dracula is a very meek and secluded person who would rather avoid conflict and tends to be alone or with a very small number of people. He has major trust issues when it comes to others and refuses to believe anything someone from the military will say. He spends a lot of time in the shadows trying to avoid conflict and being in the spotlight.

His ability activated Dracula is a completely different personality. He is brave and confident with a high arrogance and a massive superiority complex. In battle he is cruel and vicious more of a animal then man and tries to hurt his opponents. He hates most people and believes only the strong survive. His thirst is insatiable and he will even turn on allies when it gets too much to bear.

One of his favorite things in both forms is scaring people so badly they become easy prey, sometimes stalking a single person for months until there weary and terrified making his task a lot easier. He knows he is a monster and uses the symbolisim of it to scare the hell out of people. His favorite thing is to see the fear in his preys eyes before he drinks them. However he is also helpful to his friends and allies when not in his darker mood and will go to great lengths to help and support them. A bit of a loner he doesn't mind helping out as long as he gets something out of it. When it comes to Military though Dracula has a very feep seeded hatred for them. He doesn't show remorse or mercy in either personality.

Unless he has no other choice or the world is going to end it is rare to see Dracula helping any military and acts more like a Terrorist while hunting down Military alchemists and destrying buildings he also works as a shadow and a assassin. He blames the military for the loss of his beloved and wuld like to see it burn to the ground but more than that he would want to do it himself. He sees Military alchemists as lap dogs and scroungers than free beings. They only do what there told and without thought or question and in his mind that makes them animals. He enjoys hunting his prey much like a predator and waits until his prey is at it's most vulnerable than strikes. He has no caring if the alchemist is male or female. All work for the people who took away Draculas love.

HISTORY:
→ For his entire life, Dracula lived in a secluded castle. As a child he lived with his Grandfather amongst a huge collection of foreign artifacts. Prized amongst these were rare carnivorous plants that would attack if aggression towards them was sensed. Because of the castle they lived in and the plants tendency to attack guests rumors began to spread that they were Vampires. Shunned by the village and left in isolation Dracula began to feel like just another piece in his grandfather's collection. When his Grandfather died he was at a loss and needed proof of his existence and prayed for something he could call his own. Around this time a stranger came to the castle to return one of his grandfather's plants, a carnivorous plant named Roseanne. The man revealed himself to be a Alkahestrist and taught Dracula in the art. While doing so he sharpened and strengthed Draculas teeth. As Dracula began to study on his own he took to the names the townsfolk called his family and set his ability to that. At the time he didn't understand what it was but later on he found out that when he drained people especially alchemists he weakened them to the point where using there power was impossible while increasing his own body.

Dracula instinctively began to seek out Alchemists to kill. Without understanding of the Power. Whilst out hunting one night he instinctively attack a party that included a beautiful young woman. He fell in love with this woman even though he wanted to drink her blood because he felt her own pain and sorrow. Dracula and Eliade lived together in solitude until the townsfolk called the military to remove the precense of evil near there city.

Three alchemist came to the castle to find the monster they believed actually lived in the castle but were shocked when they were met by a young beautiful woman who lead them inside. However she vanished halfway through the castle and left the men to the mercy of her Lover who took them one by one. After a year a entire platoon arrived on the doorstep and cornering the woman she revealed that she had killed them and with there orders to kill the beast on sight they shot the woman killing her.

Dracula in his fury slaughtered the soldiers and burned the castle to the ground faking his own death and after setting his lover in there bed he left the castle to burn. Dracula became just another person in the town but with a dark secret and a driving insatiable thirst. Once outside he was able to procure a large sum of money from his account having left a side will with a lawyer. He sent in a bum and payed him well and with the money he bought himself a three story house in the center of town close to the Military base. From there he watched the base for days and days learning routines and who was who. On the tenth night, Dracula, slipped into the base and killed a captain and a major in there sleep before slipping out again. Thriving on the blood as he was he made it back home with ease seeming to almost blend in with the surrondings. He plots and waits for his next attack.

ALCHEMIC/ALKAHESTRIC ABILITY:
→ Once Dracula drinks blood he absorbs the sugar inside turning it into energy which increases his stamina the more he drinks the longer he can go. As he drinks his body goes a little faster. But it has a limit.

After the converted energy drops so does he, his body crashes back to his normal levels but his body is tired after using the energy. He can hop from body to body since it doesn't have to be a alchemy wielder until his body runs out and he crashes hard. Once crashes he needs at least two hours before he can drink again.

TRIVIA:
→ Dracula has a Split personality. Once he drinks blood he changes to a more feral monster.
when Dracula bites someone with the fangs that were sharpened by a master Alkahestric user. This allows him to drink large amounts of blood into his body while weakening the person he bites. A artery could have them down in seconds. The ability even works on chimeras and anything else if it has blood. The draining of the blood weakens Alchemists and Alkahestric from using there abilities by weakening the body. This also works on Chimeras from using there bodies as it weakens them as well.

Now, for the name. Since the character "Arystar Krory" is a character from D Gray-man, we can't really allow him to have that specific name. You can have a similar personality, but inserting a certain character into the FMA-verse doesn't work so well and it's against our site rules.

Ability Drain: Alystar has the power to drain abilities from his opponents by drinking blood. He swallows a pint per gulp making his enemies so exhausted and weak that using there power is impossible. Once he latches on his jaws seem to lock like a pit bulls making it hard for others to unlock his jaws.

Expand this, please. I'm slightly lost as to exactly what happens, so try and explain it a bit more. Where is the blood stored? What happens to it?

- Color coding for Drachman in trivia is off. Add the [ bracket to color.

- Sugar is not related towards inducing adrenaline you can nonetheless achieve on your own without outside implements. And from the way it is worded, you are implying your body limiters which are put into place are removed as to allow you greater functions? Which by the way, using your body beyond what it is limited to tends to wear the body down raggedly unless you specifically trained for a greater stamina and endurance, then that's a different story.

- Your Alchemy/Alkahestry ability does not pertain to any form of Alchemy achieved. As no trasmutation is observed in any form. Besides the conversion that comes from the teeth, which resembles more bodily functions. Also your Alchemy/Alkahestry is unfinished from the looks of it.

- Your body's capacity to perform such things comes from your own body rather than the Alchemy said. Now here is an inquiry, how does your body drink all that blood without going sick?

Now as a recommendation, your abilities are more geared towards Chimera rather than an Alkahestrist/Alchemist, a vampire bat Chimera as an example as transformation can be more plausible, as Alkahestry/Alchemy has nothing to do with innate bodily transformations unless it derives from transmutation in a way.

Please address all these fairer points, and I'll have another look.

He drinks the blood. Sugar in the blood transmutates into Energy increasing his attributes by activating the adrenaline. Adrenaline naturally increases the bdy. take off whatever the limit things you said Idc how it does it but it does. He has Alchemy from the transmutation. And please stop with the chimera it isn't happening thank you.

Note that you STILL haven't explained how the sugar in the blood that transforms into an unknown energy activates the adrenaline gland exactly, due to by definition as I will explain it to you below...

epinephrine/adrenaline: a hormone that is secreted by the adrenal medulla in response to stress and increases heart rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure, and raises the blood levels of glucose and lipids. It is extracted from animals or synthesized for such medical uses as the treatment of asthma. Chemical name: aminohydroxyphenylpropionic acid; formula: C 9 H 13 NO 3

And thusly I will explain sugar to you so you'd actually understand it.

Sugar =/= Adrenaline.

The two of them are VERY different substances in the human body, as sugar does NOT activate the adrenaline gland, as opposed to the natural reaction of the flight or fight scenario often and popularly depicted towards introducing adrenaline into the system. The actual way the blood glucose brings energy into the body has nothing to do with adrenaline. Vampirism motif or not, it cannot be done in the way you try to pull it off.

These "ten fold" strength and speed is the documentation of hysterical strength as it goes, which are by definition UNCOMMON and often doesn't happen unless he scientifically enhanced himself, trained himself, and actually took care to be given the capability to do it in a habitual basis. They happen in RARE situations, if not high-stress situations. There is a reason why it is not a constant, and that reason is from the human body limiting itself. You WILL wear yourself ragged if you gain tenfold capabilities, as according to the laws of conservation of mass. Your strength doesn't come out of nowhere, it has to come from SOMEWHERE. And it will come from your body. It has to do everything with the angle to be achieved. So using that adrenaline rush does not reduce you to normal levels as much as REALLY tired levels.

Also your alchemy which isn't really alchemy but a bodily ability, of crashing from the produced adrenaline-effect jibber-jabber, doesn't work that way. You cannot hop body from body since YOU put yourself that you get tired. Again, this is redundant, and has NOTHING to do with transmutation whatsoever. This is not alchemy, or transmutation, but rather an effect of your own capacity. Biting someone down and drinking from their blood has nothing to do with transmutation either. Converting it does, so please remove those references, and also clean up your alchemical abilities.

Clean up all these redundancies and problems associated with your abilities, and have a good one.

- Stamina has nothing to do with speed as opposed to how long it can maintain that speed. Cardio in other words is a good example. What is looked for is agility. Also, sugar may be burnt off for energy, but it doesn't make you last longer exactly. You still have to follow laws of equivalent exchange rather than turn sugar into something very unlike to its original composition.

INQUIRY

How does he hop from body to body if he "crashed"? Given proximity, and also depending on many factors, it cannot happen as easily as Frogger hopping across a street in a crazy fit in dodging cars. Also for what reason can't he drink for two hours anyways? Anyways, remove those from the Alkahestry ability as it has little to nothing to do with arts of transmutation, would you kindly?
