DESCRIPTION:
→ Feng Lei is a female who poses as a male and can pull off the look. He has dark blue hair that is layered and no layer reaches past his chin. His hair seems somewhat thin and is naturally straight. And his hair usually ends up smelling like vanilla. His eyes are a blue gray and look almost the same color as his hair but a couple tones lighter. His skin is lightly tanned and rather soft and also manages to always smell like vanilla. He is thin and binds his chest so he is able to accomplish the flat chested male appearance. He has toned the muscle he has but of course cannot really build as he is still female and does not take an supplements. But he works on what he is able to do.

His fashion is pretty much always similar and usually only wears blacks and blues but two things are always present, his blue cap and his somewhat thick framed blue glasses. But otherwise his outfits include a black jacket with black pants and a white button up shirt under the jacket, or a blue button up shirt with a yellow tie and black slightly tightly fitting pants, or a light blue hoodie unzipped with a black shirt underneath with a light gray skull on it that is somewhat tight fitting and black pants. Usually his style doesn't stray all that much away from this.

Feng was born with one lucky thing and that is his voice is generally unisex sounding and can lean either way. Though, when he is flustered his voice can take on a slightly more feminine tone and when angry can swing more masculine. He usually speaks somewhat quietly and usually sounds pretty calm so these rather gender specific tones don't really appear all that much and he intends to keep it that way.

He usually tends to walk with his hands in his pockets, with rather good posture. His steps are usually quiet and left leg dominant as well as left handed. But when in a situation he is not confident about he can be found hunches slightly with a downcast gaze, biting his nails nervously.

Weapon wise Feng keeps a holster around his waist under his shirt and it is small in size and easy to hide and the pistol it holds is small as well so it can be considered a well concealed weapon. His main weapon, though, are twin broadswords that he only straps on his back when battle is to be expected and that seems like a logical weapon to use.

When it comes to scars Feng doesn't really have anything that aren't from his own clumsy endeavors so they were mostly little cuts on his knees and one on his right outer thigh from running into a bench. This brings up another trait; Feng is clumsy. He runs into things and people, trips over things and people, and knocks over things and people. When it comes to fighting he pays more attention but occasionally even then he may trip over his own feet.

Usually his expressions seem rather calm and stoic but when something does cause a rise in him he can be somewhat animated with his expressions, though mostly his eyes. And his hands usually end up expressing him as well as he makes a lot of hand gestures and such when in an elevated mood but otherwise his arms are crossed.

When fighting he is more of a defensive fighter and will spend more effort blocking your attacks and wearing you down before he tries to strike, making fights with him seem to take awhile. He figures the more he blocks the more tired or calm the other will get. So he rarely gets injured in fights but never really does all the much injuring unless he needs to after he tires you out. And he does get hurt, of course. And when he does it never seems to be all that bad. Even if it was he would pretend it was fine.

PERSONALITY:
→ Having had a rather pleasant upbringing Feng has a somewhat pleasant way of going through life. He is generally kind to others unless they have given him a reason to react any differently. He seems mostly calm and seems to not over react a whole lot. He maintains a cool tone and a straight face most of the time around people he doesn't know well.

Besides the calm expression he can otherwise be highly animated. When he feels an elevated mood he will use dramatic hand gestures and is certainly more expressive with his eyes and mouth. When it comes to things that can get him to react like this is usually nervousness or embarrassment. And the things that usually starts these reactions can be an assortment of things such as; people talking about a while lot of gender stuff, talk of sexuality, anybody who calls him by his 'last' name, anything regarding his more animated expressions.

Feng has a good hold on his morals and clearly knows the difference between right and wrong and what deals with both. He has a sense of justice and is loyal to the causes he devoted himself to. Even if what he devoted himself to is questionable. If he has his motives, he will see it through til the end unless something sways his opinion or whatnot. And he can be really stubborn so it isn't exactly easy.

He is intelligent and picks things up fast, of course but seems to lack common sense at times and lacks a lot of street knowledge. And has little to no comprehension of most slang and such. But his language skills are proper mostly, and he could pick up on slang if he didn't find it so absurd. And he is open to pointing that out. In fact he is rather honest to the point it may offend somebody but he quickly says he is sorry and attempts to make it up to people. He is actually a pretty nice guy. But he is never honest about stuff he doesn't know. But he doesn't pretend like he knows it either. He usually just stays quiet about it or just agrees with others and if caught gets nervous about it. He generally does all he can to never look like an idiot but sometimes it ends with him coming off as a bit of one.

Feng prefers to not get violent and generally tries to avoid violent situations but instead tries to talk the situation down. And when he can't he will fight but the whole time he seems bored the whole time. Violence just doesn't appeal to him. He isn't against it but it just bores him. He prefers talking things down and using his negotiation skills. But even he knows when that wont work. So he then gives up and takes action.

He hates accepting help when it comes to him being injured. Some injuries he is okay with accepting the hold but mostly he prefers not to. It seems it all depends on placement and if it deals with removing his shirt or pants he will refuse and go home and stitch it up on his own. This is a very dangerous part of his personality and it seems people have to be forceful to get him to go the a doctor or something.

This is from his fear of people finding out about him being a her. It scares him to death. Because of this he not only avoids doctors, he avoids relationships. He avoids liking people in any deep way, he avoids any type of affection or sexual encounter. Because of this he makes claims of being asexual, though he is moreso pansexual. He is very accepting of other genders, just not accepting of the female gender on him. He is ashamed of having breasts, he dislikes having female plumbing at all. But he can't really afford to make any changes so he just learns to live with hiding everything. And if people even so much as hint or joke about him being a female he gets really nervous and defensive and may even get worked up to the point of getting angry or crying.

→ Well the one you would expect. His deepest secret is that he is female and usually people never know unless they find out or the rarest moment when he does tell somebody.

HISTORY:
→ If ever a person led a normal life it was Xiu Feng. She was born to her loving parents into a family with two brothers and a sister. Her family was not poor nor were they rich. They were well off and they always had time for eachother. Growing up Xiu was always one of the boys. She didn't want dolls and such she wanted to climb trees and get down and dirty with her older brothers. She chose skinned knees and muddy hands over princesses and My Little Pony. And her family didn't think much of it. They were rather supportive of whatever it was she wanted to do. She was happy growing up and wore girls clothes when she was younger mostly because she didn't know any better. He parents dressed her and she had an obvious distaste of dresses so at least it didn't go there.

Though when she started school she started to pick up a more masculine sense of fashion but only because she told her parents it was more comfortable for her and her family was happy to oblige. When she was younger nobody made fun of her for being one of the guys, nobody ever told her to be girly or whatever. But that all ended in third grade. Kids were now starting to grow more into gender rolls and she became a little weird. Girls didn't want to hang out with her because she wasn't girly enough and the boys didn't want to hang out with her because she was a girl. She had few friends but she was still happy. She didn't let it get to her much as long as she had the couple of friends.

Finally it was time for 5th grade and that was when it got worse because she noticed something about herself. She began to hit puberty and all of it... She hated it. All of it. She felt like something was wrong with her, even if everybody told her it was all normal. But she still felt so... Wrong. She socially out-casted herself because she was ashamed of being Xiu, the girl. She didn't understand what it was but she was ashamed for having boobs, she was ashamed of not just feeling like other girls and she was ashamed of herself for not being a boy. Then when their family moved her and her father came up with an idea that maybe instead of being a girl, she just be what she wanted to be. This was when she adopted the name of Feng Xiu. He felt better about himself in this new school. She had made a lot of male friends and even some female friends.

Her brother didn't agree though. He never said anything in school but he was constantly mocking Feng at home. He constantly told him that he was a girl and he would never be anything more. This caused her to form a somewhat hateful relationship with him which only became more hateful as Feng came into highschool. He never dated, and that fueled his brothers mocking. Then finally after Fend graduated highschool he couldn't take it anymore and he found a job and quickly moved out. He was unable to see his brother without it turning into a huge argument. He began to withdraw into his room a lot where he spent his time reading on languages which spurred this full blown interest that led to classes he takes even now. He started taking these classes when he was 16. He does pick up fast but still there are some gray areas in the languages not his native language. Causing pauses and some misuse of words. But he had always had an interest in the languages of the places his family came from because his mother could speak Xingese and Drachman and his father Xingese and Aerugese. That was what sparked his interest in the first place. She was able to practice Aerugese and Drachman at home so fewer mistakes are used there but otherwise the other languages were only used when her and her family vacationed.

This was around the time he joined the Xingese Imperial Army and began working hard to prove himself. In an attempt to get better at defending himself and others he asked his father to help him learn alchemy. His father was happy to help and had Feng pick what he wanted to do and had to correct him a couple times as his ideas could be a little far-fetched. But finally, they came up with something for Feng to learn. His father was very helpful and after a lot of trial and error they finally got it. Feng developed wrist guard to have the circle on that.

He began to move up in the military now and he was pretty happy with life. Well, as happy as he could get without being male or being with somebody. He still has yet to speak to his brother again but his other family visits him often. He has a great relationship with his parents and other siblings, and even cousins. He still has a few friends he keeps around though his family are the only ones who knows his secret. He is careful about it so it is hard for people to find out. Some people just assume he is a heterosexual male. Hey, he male not be a fashionable girl but he can still be a fashionable male. And now that he was older he could do his own travelling which he did in his free time. He went to several places and practiced her language skills. Making her other languages better. She learned these out of hobby, and now was using them practically.

Your history doesn't provide any information from where he picked up the plethora of languages. And at such an age too, if there isn't even a practice of being an omniglot, and no consistent studies, how did he attain such great amounts of languages? Please lessen the numbers or justify it in your history in a plausible way.
