A light male bout five foot ten weighting 150 pounds, tattoos on both sides of both his hands one on the roof of his mouth and one on his back spiky brown ruffled hair, his striking, gold catlike spitted eyes, a red choker with a tiny bell attached to it, and the XIII tattoo he has on his chest. He wears a blue jacket which is left open, with two large medallion like circles on either side which he says resemble a cat’s digits on it’s paw and a white dress shirt that he has rolled the sleeves to above his elbows, low v-neck, and with slits on the left and right side of the bottom of his shirt with blue pants with a leather belt tied to the upper part of his right leg blue/white shoes with black circle on the sides of both shoe.

PERSONALITY:
→ Alcatraz is a very happy, cheerful, clumsy, silly and foolish. He tends to tell joke that sometimes not funny, Always making jokes even in the most dangerous of situations .He tends to care bout others wellbeing more then his own. He is very intelligent and analyze situation very quickly. He has a great understanding of alchemy but still feels there is more to learn. He love to read and help other out for no cost. He has a fear of snake ever since the day one bit him and he was in the hospital for a week. Even during fights he maintain his clownish ways, mocking his enemy and braking down there abilities to its most simplify even going as far as to compare it to a kids toy. He act this way because he feels that not many people can be compare with him or abilities. He even tell people that they on two different planes of existence.

He personality change a lot when he is face with a criminals or really good alchemist. He feel that all criminals are low-life particularly killer and rapist even going as far as to kill them without hesitation or without being told to. He believe that the world is a better place without the thugs and gangsters. He feels that they only making live harder for those who wish to live in peace. He seem some gangsters chasing down a traveler with the intention of killing her Alcatraz jump in and save the girl, and killing the gangsters at the same time. He seen just how evil the world is becoming and made up his mind to change it. The girl told him about the military and the state alchemist. From there on he has had his mind set on joining the military and one day changing the world.

HISTORY:
→ Alcatraz was born in a small town named rayon. The town was known for having the biggest power plant. It energy powers a whole country. It is known as the Davison power plant. Alcatraz mom n dad were the owners of the plant and train everyone work there, They were very powerful alchemist that had the ability to control, manipulate and create electricity using alchemy. They built the plant five year before Alcatraz birth. When Alcatraz was born his parents hope that he would take over as the owner one day. His mom and dad were constantly getting approached by military personnel, Asking if they would join the military. But they said no they didn’t want to be apart of that or that did want there son apart of it.

Alcatraz wanted to be just like his mom and dad. So when he turned 10, He asked his parents to teach him how to use electric alchemy. They were happy he wanted to learn it but first he would normal alchemy. Alcatraz was happy he wanted to start right away. So his dad gave him a beginners book of alchemy. He begin to read everyday and all day from that day on. He kept focus on his work, practicing drawing transmutation circles, clapping his hands together. After a year of reading his was ready for his first actual transmutation. He was going to make a wooden train. He had everything needed to make it, four wooden blocks and scraps of metal. Alcatraz made a decent looking train, it wasn’t perfect but it could have been better, his parent were surprised that he was able to learn that by himself. Alcatraz didn’t give up he continue to try even went back to read the book. He kept trying into he finally got it right a perfect wooden train.

11 years passed, Alcatraz was no longer reading the beginners book, He had already finish the master alchemist and was undergoing training by his dad. He was well known around town as the fixer. He would come over in fix stuff in people house for free. Anything from wooden toys to whole buildings. Alcatraz has a great understanding of alchemy but he wanted more. He heard from a traveler that state alchemist have books on alchemy that no one else have. Alcatraz told his parents that he was going to become a state alchemist. They were mad at first. They tried so hard to keep change his mind but when they noticed it was hopeless they let him go and told him to be sure not to himself in the military. Alcatraz set off to join to military and become a state alchemist

BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation circle is a black circle with four lightning bolts Connected on the middle to form a square. The circle is use to create electricity from the user body or whatever the user touch by removing the positive charge from the atom which create a electricity current along whatever the user touch since everything is made up of atoms just about anything can be use to create electricity. But as with any element it has its weakness, rubber is the only thing that cant be use to make a electric current. The alchemist must know that , everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons. Protons have a positive charge, neutrons have a neutral charge, and electrons have a negative charge. When these charges are out of balance, an atom becomes either positively or negatively charged. The switch between one type of charge and the other allows electrons to flow from one atom to another. This flow of electrons, or a negative charge, is what we call electricity. Since our bodies are huge masses of atoms, The user can generate electricity.
