DESCRIPTION:
→ Fran has hair that is the color of a lime. She keeps it cut the same way it was when Vasco found her: short in the back and long in the front. Her eyes are the color of ocean water just off the coast, however, she is blind enough to need a prescription despite their captivating hue. She hates wearing glasses all time and hates wearing contacts all the time, so she found a solution. Fran wears red-ringed contacts to match her red hoodie when she is in an angry or in a playful mood along with black track-marks under her eyes and over her nose. When she is partaking in a battle, she wears red-glassed goggles that also have zoom capabilities and infrared functions. A time always comes when her scary intelligence is needed for strategies and so she thinks—she thinks and wears devil horns on her head.

PERSONALITY:
→ Fran likes dancing, but has never danced, she sings songs she has never heard, and she eats soup with a fork. Needless to say, Fran was a strange child growing up in a strange land. She liked to refer to herself as an alien. What else could she be? She knew that she wasn’t Vasco’s real daughter and that she had come from somewhere that wasn’t Esparia. She constantly wonders and asks her step-in father for answers, but up until this day has received none. So instead of trying to fit in, Fran has resorted to what she likes to call dress-up which entails a wild array of clothes normal people would light on fire at the mere thought of wearing. She tends to match clothes with mood, giving the intangible something to hold onto.
She loves stealing what isn’t hers, but can’t stand losing what is hers. Fran is a hypocrite and proud of it. The best part is that there will be no evidence of her thievery nor any of her blatant lies afterward, thus, there is no way to catch her unless you know her ways. Vito is supposed to be her partner in crime, however, many see him, instead, as a suffering victim. She likes pouring a bucket of water on his head when he’s smoking around her or not paying attention.
Fran’s reckless craze is not in any way manipulative, but it can be seen as unreadable. This factor is extremely valuable on the fields—seas of battle. Vasco had noticed this quirk in her personality and trained her since she was a child to be a perfect shot. He also, unlike everyone else, knows all of her tricks (seeing as he raised her). To this day, he is the only man she cannot utterly defeat.
LOVE:
→ Nature, Ocean, Craziness, Guns, Being blind (so she can wear fun contacts/goggles/glasses).
HATE:
→ Deserts, People looking at her funny, Judgmental people, When people steal from her, Perverts.
DEEPEST SECRET:
→ That she isn't Vasco's child by blood.
IDOL:
→ Miguel Montanez Guevara

HISTORY:
→ She swayed with the swaying of the boat and pet the tiny leopard whom she had named Shorea. Fran had spent some time trying to think of what the opposite of ashore was and shorea was all she could come up with at the tender age of five. She had woken up one morning to find that she didn’t know where she was or where her parents were. She didn’t know if she even had parents or where she came from. She floated and let the currents take her away in the giant ship conveniently stocked with food and deprived of choice.
That was until she felt the boards under her jolt as her ship collided with another a few months later. A shadow approached her in the bowels of her home and held out its menacing hand. Shorea almost gnawed it off, but she stopped the grumpy cat and took the hand, asking the man whom it belonged to if he knew her. She told him that she didn’t know who she was herself. And that was the day in which she gained a name: Francesca. Without her knowledge, the name that the man, Vasco, had given her meant that she was from Rouen. How he knew that was from the obvious sign written on the side of the ship. He had it burned and told no one, not even Fran herself that she was the last known survivor of Rouen.
He raised her on chocolate and apple juice. She had a dark streak for stealing and he set her straight: she was only to steal enemy ships, enemy money, enemy supplies, enemy—she got the idea. Fran was trained in combat—rough, hard training that no young girl straight out of diapers would know how to handle. But she managed to push on with the reward of new clothing and sweets hanging over her head. That was when her sense of style began to develop. Whereas sometimes she appeared to be a normal girl, Fran was actually a very twisted alien and would run around actually looking the part.
As the years passed, people began to accept her for who she was. She became one of the best shots in the country and an extremely valuable asset to the Esparian establishment. Vasco constantly worked her, but also constantly threw fiestas for his makeshift family of misfits. They were a crazy bunch that never saw eye to eye, but accepted that natural fact. But Fran was sure no one would accept the fact that she took frequent pleasure trips with Shorea to Rouen. There was just something about it that drew her to it…even if it was just ruins.
