A Little Vaca Empty A Little Vaca

Post by Guest Mon Dec 05, 2011 3:12 am

The music playing in his earbuds was soothing to the tall man's ears as he strode down the bustling streets of Tokyo, gliding through the throngs of people. It was so busy here, so very different from the smaller towns he was used to inhabiting. Heh, like the one he called home now. What was its name...? Oh he could hardly keep them straight now... He had moved again since the time he met... He had to mentally cough at the memory as he managed to somehow not break out in a rather obvious blush. Nevada Vervada. Porn star and creator of the vodka brand. Oh they had met alright... Intimately. And he couldn't even remember all the details! You'd think he would considering. She was lovely though... He wondered how she was doing, if her new shoot had gone well or not. Er... He actually coughed now, causing a couple of looks as he brought his hand to his mouth, lowering his eyes as color tinted his cheeks in the slightest. Shit....

She was probably well in all honesty. How could she not be? But in any case, now was not a day to be pondering such things. For once, Kyosuke was enjoying some vacation time in a major city of this wonderful country he was from despite the risks it could entail. It was true those facility men could find him here if he wasn't careful, but he could also get lost amongst the masses if he needed to. Plenty to blend into here! Who knew what sort of ingredients he could find on his travels here? Or even recipes! There were far more bookstores than back home. Honestly he wasn't sure where to even go the city was so massive. He was just walking around at this point, enjoying the sights and smells, aaaand... questioning others. But that was any city, wasn't it?

A blaring siren started wailing in the distance and it made him stop in his steps, ignoring the couple of grumbles that he heard, wincing as his head got all woozy at the sound. Argh whyyyyy? As his eyes opened from being squeezed shut, they had become golden, his posture immediately straining up as he stared down at the people milling about him with some disdain. Ugh. Tokyo. The city of crowded streets and business. Oh, and we can't forget the strange kinds of bars that they had. Whore houses all of them. Though some did hold some rather beautiful gems in their walls... Lovely luscious ladies like the tantilizing Nevada. Now there was a gem! Mmm... Had the fool not contacted her at all since they met? Lord, that man could do nothing right. Sliding his hands easily into his pockets, he crossed the street and placed his hands over his ears, wrinkling his nose at the sound of the siren as it zoomed past down the street. Really, this just wouldn't do. At least the idiot had gone to somewhere more interesting than those towns that he chose. He being Collin, his current personality. It was a good enough name that he had finally chosen since well... it would become necessary if he were to truly write reports back to Surealis. Though the language barrier would be a problem... Oh he could translate it somehow. That or Kyosuke could actually prove to be--

Oh bother. Children ran past giggling as they ran off towards.. oh who knew where. And thus Collin's time came to an end, squinting his eyes shut as the main personality retook his hold. Kyosuke opened his eyes and they were once more grey, blinking in confusion as he looked around. He... had continued onward. The siren was gone. Aiya, he really should get these blackouts checked out! They could be right dangerous! And so the 6'2" man moved down the street to... wherever, enjoying the music that played in his ears.

Maiyuki moved, but not in a normal fashion. Her body was surrounded by a harem of men. Complimenting her upon her beauty, offering her various things to buy her affection, and otherwise worshiping the ground she walked upon. She had spent a week away from Marynia, convincing her that she had business to attend to and it would cause an international scene if she followed her. She sighed, as she pushed one the men out of the way. Perhaps it was time to give the Pheromones a rest. She pulled out her glasses and put them on. Looking down slightly, so her eyes where shielded from view. The ment suddenly caught hold of themselves and realized what they had been doing and saying. Most were embarrassed, a few were persistent still. She allowed the embarrassed few to excuse themselves, and soon turned her attention to those that still persisted. "Fine, go prepare a room at a hotel. Then bring me a key, I'll meet you there." They quickly scampered off, oblivious to the fact they had no way to find her again. She sighed. Such simple creatures. She proceeded down the street window shopping.

I wonder if I should bring anything back for Marynia...maybe she would like these boots. No, they'd be a little tight. She smiled to her self as she thought of the woman. She quickly noticed the a comrade, well more so a Commander. But if she could not be bested by them, she considered no one her superior. She proceeded to follow him, just to see what he was up to. This should be interesting.

A Little Vaca Empty Re: A Little Vaca

Post by Guest Mon Dec 05, 2011 11:40 pm

A few different smells were reaching his nose, perking up as he could detect some of the nuances within them. Mmm.... Eel, noodles... tempura... ooo was that sake? Licking his lips, he slid the earbuds out of his ears, turning the iPod off for now as he slipped through the crowd towards the source of these delicious smells. Or at least... he started to. It wasn't until he was in the middle of crossing the street when he detected another... scent. Or a presence. He was being followed. Immediately he went onto high alert, yet his posture remained as relaxed as before, already beginning to plot different ways to get out of there. First he had to lose his tail. It wasn't Surealis, he knew that mans scent. No this... It felt like... a girl. A chimera. Grimacing, he took a few longer strides to get across the street, sliding through a tight crowd of people.

As he moved through people, he kept his eyes out on the cars that were going by, looking for any little sign of camera's trained on him, or any of those little gadgets those.. men.. had. It made him shudder inwardly as he continued onward, continuing towards the restaurant he had smelled earlier. Maybe... Maybe it wasn't the facility. Could he take that risk? No... No he couldn't at all. Ack! Gritting his teeth, the grey of his eyes swirled with gold, soon getting swallowed by darkness as Collin took over. Alright, time to find out who was following him. Gliding up to the restaurants front, he slipped into the door and took a seat with a gracious smile to the waitress. Pretty little thing. Mmm, but too young. Now, who was it? He was sitting in a booth facing the door, pulling his menu up to the point of concealing his face for the most part without looking... awkward. There were plenty of fools who tried that trick and only succeeded in giving themselves away. So he waited and ordered some tea, watching the door carefully from over his menu, only half thinking of the rumbling in his stomach. Honestly he could have just dove off somewhere and gone into camouflage mode, but that would require losing his clothes and... ew. Tokyo was clean, but he still didn't trust it. No, he would see who this follower was.

Maiyuki stared up at the restaurants sign. It seemed he noticed her, perhaps he had abilities similar to her own. She'd rather not cause a scene. Before touching the door, she began to secrete her pheromones. Sending them flooding into the restaurant, the mix of scents would mask the sweet aroma, but the effect was slightly different. Everything she would do from this point on would be ignored as if she did not exist, so as the door swung open, a hostess stared at it quizzically. Maiyuki slipped inside and began to look around. The hostess looked outside the door, and then after a moment closed it. She spotted him, a booth facing the door. Smart. But Maiyuki was inducted into RNB for her own talents. She moved into the booth and slid so she was just out of his reach before releasing her pheromones with a small sigh.

"Do you make it a habit to allow yourself to be tailed, or am I just special?" Maiyuki crossed her legs and looked to Kyosuke. "I don't know who you are, but I've tasted your scent before. I never forget a scent once I've tasted it." She grabbed a drink menu and looked it over. Milk? No, that was too hard on her stomach. Tea, she needed something to clean out the gunk in her system. She set the menu down. "My name is Maiyuki Shanao. Now who are you?"

Collin was intrigued as the door seemed to open and close on its own, his eyes narrowing as he stared at the spot suspiciously. There. That was there his shadow must be. Doors didn't just open and close on their own. Besides, there was... an oddly sweet aroma that had come into the air, looking down at his menu as he could feel his muscles tensing up. Was this an assassin sent to kill him? Or merely a foolish child? Honestly he would prefer if it was some foolish child for he did so hate fighting. So... unnecessary at most times. Food was being brought around to other tables and they drew his attention for their smell overwhelmed the foreign one, causing him to sniff the air as his mouth watered. Aiya, he was as bad as that idiot Kyosuke. Getting distracted at such a potentially tedious time... Tsk tsk.

Then the sweet smell was gone, and a pretty little thing was sitting across from him in the booth. Long dark hair, stunning red eyes.... So who was she? "Do you make it a habit to allow yourself to be tailed, or am I just special?" He couldn't help but smirk, folding his hands on top of the table as he just looked at her. She was hardly done speaking. "I don't know who you are, but I've tasted your scent before. I never forget a scent once I've tasted it." Oh really now? And just when would she have smelled it? They had never met, or at least she certainly hadn't met him. He would have remembered such a lovely child. Leaning back in his seat, he merely waited for her to finish before speaking, his golden eyes looking over her with a coldness that could pierce a person. Presumptuous wasn't she? Well lets see where this little game would go hm? Fitting that he should be in control at this point in time. That buffoon would just muck things up. "My name is Maiyuki Shanao. Now who are you?"

Sipping his tea, he placed the cup down slowly, sitting up a bit taller as he pondered how to answer her. "You are a chimera, yes? Obviously you must be considering your statement about scent." He tilted his head slightly, "As a matter of fact, you shouldn't make it so obvious that you were following me. People tend to not enjoy it. I was curious to see what sort of person would choose to since it clearly wasn't who I expected it to be. A lack of suits as I'm sure you'll understand." Kyosuke (Collin) smirked as he now leaned forward a little towards her, having noticed how she had kept herself out of reach. Fine by him, he preferred that she'd leave anyways despite his curiosity. If she was a chimera, had Surealis found her too? It wasn't like he had left the country ever. "You say you know my scent, yet I am positive we have never met. So either you picked it up off of someone else, perhaps a mutual colleague if my suspicions are correct, or else you are, for once, mistaken." He paused now with a light sigh, leaning back once more in his seat. He might as well introduce himself at this point. If he needed the help, he could call in a "friend," although he used the term extremely lightly. "I am Miharu Kyosuke. Now, Shanao-chan, who do you work for?" Any sense of pleasantries had now vanished as any hint of a smile left his features, disdain seeming to sink in as a waitress came over to his booth, blinking in confusion at the sudden girl that was there. "In a moment." He spoke before the poor girl could, the waitress nervously nodding her head once before scurrying away.

Maiyuki watched him drop his cup to the saucer. A lack of suits as I'm sure you'll understand." She smiled at this. She purposely made it obvious, hiding her presence isn't very hard for the likes of her. It was her key ability after all. A lack of suits? "You say you know my scent, yet I am positive we have never met. So either you picked it up off of someone else, perhaps a mutual colleague if my suspicions are correct, or else you are, for once, mistaken." It was true, she had picked it off someone before. But the place in which it was acquired meant that he'd been there quite a fair few times. Scents don't linger for long in one place, unless sprayed with certain pheromones. "I am Miharu Kyosuke. Now, Shanao-chan, who do you work for?" She could sense the shift in the wind, but she was not afraid of this. She could endure much more than an airy threat. She turned her head and watched the waitress scamper off.

"Great, I was going to order something and you scared off the waitress." Maiyuki sighed and leaned back in her seat. "As for whom I work for, I do believe that is none of your concern. I work for a great deal of people, and for the right price I can even work for you. To reveal my clients openly to a man I know nothing about is to condemn the trust I was bestowed with by my clients. Not that I give a damn about that trust. So Mr. Kyosuke, I have one question for you and please do try and pick up on the hint." She looked at him and released a small dosage of her pheromones to penetrate into his system, to momentarily amplify his ability to process and dissect information. "Do you like R&B?"

"Great, I was going to order something and you scared off the waitress." Oh boo-hoo. Poor little thing right? No, she was aiming for a rile. Or something. "As for whom I work for, I do believe that is none of your concern." Oh really now? Should he just try to snap her pretty little neck then? Flip the table so it'd break her spine and cripple her? All he'd need to do is let the beast out. Though... then it'd be a disgusting blood bath. Yeuch. "I work for a great deal of people, and for the right price I can even work for you. To reveal my clients openly to a man I know nothing about is to condemn the trust I was bestowed with by my clients. Not that I give a damn about that trust. So Mr. Kyosuke, I have one question for you and please do try and pick up on the hint."

A hint? What was... The smell again. His nose wrinkled as a growl began in his throat. "Do you like R&B?" Now he sneered, clenching his hand into a fist. Like that wasn't... "Leader's a bit off isn't he?" He answered, narrowing his golden eyes as a child entered with her mother. She was smiling, giggling at something that the parent had-- Oh for fucks sake... Gritting his teeth, he touched a hand to his head, taking a deep breath as he opened his eyes slowly once more. They were grey now, blinking in confusion as he could smell the familiar smells of the restaurant he had been heading towards before. When had he--Oh shit. Right. The men, had they-- Oh. Blinking he looked at the pretty girl across from him with her bright red eyes and youthful looks. Er.... they had been talking... hadn't they? "I...." There was a smell in the air that was different, something...foreign. He wasn't really sure what it was at all. What should he do? He... he had no idea who this girl was, what had been said. "I-I'm sorry.... B-but who are you?"

Oh there was a hardness in her eye. He didn't like that. What had they been doing? The waitress came over again, looking at him nervously. Dear lord, what had he done? "What would like?" "I'll... get some cold sake and gyu-don please..." Flashing her his ID, he gazed downwards towards his lap, trying to find some kind of hint of what had been happening. How should he even explain this to her anyways? He let the waitress take their orders though, instead taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly. He'd figure this out.

Maiyuki paused. A shift in eye color? I wonder... She watched as he looked confused, it wasn't so much the fact his eyes betrayed him. But animals secrete emotion through pheromones, however, confusion was a hard thing to guage. It was in the same system as excitement, and intrigue. To be honest, she was guessing as to which he was until he spoke. What do you think? Me? I think he's in a similar state as we. But who knows if he has a grip over them. Could be schizophrenia, delusional paranoia, dissociative personality disorder, or could simply be insane. Who knows? Should I bring it up or what? The mind is a fragile thing, if he knows he'll offer a hint in his speech or even tell us. For now let's simply watch. hmmm.

"Tea." With that she shooed away the waitress. "You don't remember me? After we had such a memorable night?" She leaned forward, extending her leg to rub against his. No sense not poking fun at this until she was rewarded with action. "That hurt's my feelings Miharu-kun!~" Utilizing his first name would appeal more to the fact that she might be who she says she was. How far could she take this?

Alright. Calm. Sliding his phone out of his pocket, he checked the time and found that not terribly much had passed since the last time he had glanced at his ipod... but... it was still enough to make him wonder. What did he remember happening last? He had been walking listening to... whatever it was at the time, and then he sensed someone following him. Of course! But... she looked like a college student or so. And she didn't look like any of their agents. So... she wasn't with them then? He raised his eyes as she ordered her drink, sipping at his own remnants of his tea. Mm... a little watery... that was unfortunate.

"You don't remember me? After we had such a memorable night?"

He sputtered and almost spat out his tea as she leaned forward, a sensation of warmth against his leg. Wh-wh-wh-wh-whaaaaaa?! His eyes widened as his cheeks began to grow red with color, coughing as he had to rush to swallow the tea. Which led to coughing. And the restaurants other inhabitants staring at their little booth. "That hurt's my feelings Miharu-kun!~" Miharu-kun? That was his last name.... How did she know his name at all? Oh god... Was this like Nevada all over again?! No... No he remembered last night. Ohhhhh thank god..... He calmed and cleared his throat, adjusting his tie (although it didn't need it in the least) as he gave her an apologetic smile. "I-I'm afraid you are mistaken miss. You must have been with someone else last night because I know for a fact I was alone." He told her gently in a rather fatherly manner which only made him feel old. He was still only 29 for heaven's sake! "I only arrived in town late yesterday and I'm sure I would have remembered a lovely young woman such as yourself. Now, would you mind telling me your name since you clearly know mine." He folded his hands on top of the table, his expression pleasant and friendly as it usually was. At least... when he wasn't confused...

"I-I'm afraid you are mistaken miss. You must have been with someone else last night because I know for a fact I was alone." A shame it seemed her game was cut short due to a decent memory. Oh well, it was worth the try. "I only arrived in town late yesterday and I'm sure I would have remembered a lovely young woman such as yourself. Now, would you mind telling me your name since you clearly know mine." She withdrew her leg, and sat back once again. "Well you sure do know how to flatter a woman, while spurning her attempts. My name is Maiyuki." She sighed and tapped her fingers on the table. "It seems you have more than a memory issue. I guess no one who resides within RNB is exactly normal. Then again it isn't a social club, so I guess it doesn't really matter. So what are you doing in Aerugo anyway?"

She almost seemed.... disappointed at something. He inwardly gasped a bit, had she been trying to trick him?! There were many a strange person out in the world, and it certainly wouldn't have been the first time his kindness and.... naivete had been taken advantage of. Kyosuke breathed a small sigh of relief as her leg was retracted, coughing nervously as he felt a sweat drop forming on his brow. Lord this was... embarrassing... "Well you sure do know how to flatter a woman, while spurning her attempts. My name is Maiyuki." Another nervous chuckle as he bowed his head to her introduction and remarks. "A pleasure Maiyuki-chan." No last name? Or was that her last name? Aiya, it was the only name he could use so.... he may as well. She also was certainly younger than him though he was no judge by how much. Perhaps a few? She couldn't be a teenager... could she? There was a youthful air about her but he wasn't--

"It seems you have more than a memory issue. I guess no one who resides within RNB is exactly normal. Then again it isn't a social club, so I guess it doesn't really matter. So what are you doing in Aerugo anyway?" Ouch. The smile was gone, as was the friendly air, his body beginning to tense up as she had said those initials. RNB. Surealis. She was one of them. A far more serious air came over him as he sat up a little straighter, ignoring the jab at his clear disability of some sort. Not that he knew what exactly... "I live here. Aerugo is my home, and so I remain. I have not been outside its borders in a very very long time, and I don't plan to leave unless I must. Why are you here?" Reverse the question, and see where it led. Obviously she must be capable otherwise Surealis wouldn't have hired her, but she was awful... pushy. Or impatient. He couldn't quite figure out which. His puzzlement still lay in why the hell Surealis wanted him as his second in command. Wouldn't he want someone with greater ambitions than Kyosuke's? Someone more like this girl before him?

No. He had been chosen for a reason. "Judging from how you didn't seek me out, you didn't know I was here. So you didn't come to see me. And Surealis must not have sent you either. Are you merely enjoying a few days vacation?" He asked as a more relaxed air began to return to him, looking up as the waitress came over to give Maiyuki her tea, and Kyosuke his sake. Oh thank the gods... Pouring himself a small glass, he raised it to her and then downed the contents rather quickly, feeling it roll with a faint burn down his throat. Ahh... much better. Liquid courage always aided him. But now, the girl. His grey eyes focused upon her pretty face, his pleasant mood returning ever so slowly.

"I live here. Aerugo is my home, and so I remain. I have not been outside its borders in a very very long time, and I don't plan to leave unless I must. Why are you here?" He resides in Aerugo? How dull. Here I thought he'd entertain me, probably no bigger than the average Aerugese man either. Perhaps it was because he was older that he did not share the youthful eagerness to mate with any attractive female he could find. That or he didn't find her attractive at all. That one thought, pissed her off. How could she not be attractive? "Judging from how you didn't seek me out, you didn't know I was here. So you didn't come to see me. And Surealis must not have sent you either. Are you merely enjoying a few days vacation?" She sighed and threw her arms against the top of the booth. Her head leaning back and her body arching slightly. "Why am I here in Aerugo? Hmmm good question. This country bores me to tears, and yet I return at least four times a year. Nostalgia?"

She raised her hand at the waitress in an indication to say thank you for her tea. "No, I didn't seek you out. But your scent caught my attention. Believe me, if Surealis sent me to do anything it usually doesn't pertain to assassination. Not that I'm ill suited for it. But my talents lie more in infiltration and espionage, and I'm always on vacation. I don't report in until called." She reached down and grabbed her cup, she leaned forward, and downed her tea with ease. She set the cup down, and poured herself another. She placed a finger on the bridge of her glasses and pushed them up her nose, before she swept a few strands of hair behind her ears.

Was there something in her look as she listened to him? He couldn't be sure since it wasn't like his people skills were the best in the world, and it wasn't like he had been out in the field for a very long time. When was the last time he had to be a spy or do some sort of espionage business? Now he was allowing himself to be distracted from the lovely woman before him. How did she ever manage to put up with him? A man who had already forgotten how they had initially met, and always seemed to forget things that happened around him. Hell he hadn't even remembered when he and... No no no!!! Ack! Sake. Yes, good distraction. Sipping at his glass, it helped that she had begun to answer his question, her movement drawing the attention of his grey eyes. "Why am I here in Aerugo? Hmmm good question. This country bores me to tears, and yet I return at least four times a year. Nostalgia?"

Aerugo was boring? He felt a twinge in his mind, but it wasn't like those other times. No... it was just sort of a poke or something. To him Aerugo was home. It was the only home he had ever known that wasn't that.. place... Hck! A raging headache crashed upon him and he winced, feeling himself swimming between darkness and the light. But as quickly as it had come, it was gone and he was once more staring at the lovely lady before him. Oh, the waitress was leaving again. Aiya... Maybe he should go see a doctor... Despite his misgivings for doctors. "No, I didn't seek you out. But your scent caught my attention. Believe me, if Surealis sent me to do anything it usually doesn't pertain to assassination. Not that I'm ill suited for it. But my talents lie more in infiltration and espionage, and I'm always on vacation. I don't report in until called." Oh? Damn. Maybe he should be more careful about that just in case that place decided to use more chimera's like her to find him. God he hoped they wouldn't... He liked his life right now! It was such a nice life... Ok, maybe he should actually consider doing something beyond working as a chef or waiter. But in any case, to find out she was more suited for espionage only made his smile falter a little. Another one like him.... Why did governments have to focus on "human" weapons so?

"I too, don't really have to report in unless Surealis asks me to. Or if he needs an updated report." He murmured softly, and his own doubts began to resurface. Why in the world was he suited for this job anyways? It wasn't like he was tied to anyone or anything! Maybe... Maybe he should rethink joining the Aerugese military after all. They could probably use someone with his... talents. And that could help out RNB too. "So what did you do before RNB Mayuki-chan? Were you a freelancer?" He was genuinely curious (and it was probably a good idea to get to know his fellow members better anyways). "I mean, I work as a waiter or a cook usually." He admitted with a nervous chuckle, scratching the back of his head with a goofy sort of grin. Yeeeaaa... he was being awkward and he knew it.

"I too, don't really have to report in unless Surealis asks me to. Or if he needs an updated report." Was that doubt she sensed? The subtle drop off in voice, the way his eyes shifted, and the sudden relaxation of his body posture. Without a doubt, he exhibited doubt. Unbefitting of a senior command. Doubt, and hesitation were the downfall of humans. Animals do not exhibit this trait. As such, Maiyuki relies on her instincts and female intuition more than her rational mind. "So what did you do before RNB Mayuki-chan? Were you a freelancer? I mean, I work as a waiter or a cook usually." She raised an eyebrow at him, a waiter...or cook? How boring. "You sure do fit in well in Aerugo, but for me I have a Master who is not Surealis. As for what I did, that is neither of your concern nor business." She poured herself some more tea, and drank that. She refused to bring Marynia into this world of hers. She would protect her until she stopped breathing. She had made that vow, long long ago.

She was actually beginning to worry about her. She would have to return to Drachma soon. She didn't understand why she was so insistent on staying in the service of Drachma. Maybe she didn't want to rely on Maiyuki completely. Which saddened her to a degree, she loved that woman quite deeply. Maiyuki sighed. She'd probably excuse herself from him soon. He was less entertaining than watching paint dry.

A Little Vaca Empty Re: A Little Vaca

Post by Guest Sat Jan 07, 2012 2:50 am

Aiya, he wasn't making a very good impression now was he? She hardly seemed that interested and maybe even... offended? He couldn't be sure though, but that single eyebrow raise didn't feel exactly.. friendly. "You sure do fit in well in Aerugo, but for me I have a Master who is not Surealis. As for what I did, that is neither of your concern nor business." A master who wasn't Surealis? He chuckled nervously with a small nod at her rather strong shut down to his relatively innocent question, looking up as the waitress came over with his food. Oh thank goodness. A distraction to this muck up of a situation. Nevada, she was not. He really should check in on her, see how she was doing...

Kyosuke sat up a bit straighter as a scent reached his nose, looking to the door to see a man wearing a hat walk by, their eyes meeting. And he knew. It was someone he didn't want to see. Immediately the friendly demeanor seemed to vanish as he was on edge, glancing around at the people that were merely enjoying some lunch in a tasty restaurant (at least he assumed it was tasty). Alright... Escape plan... Dammit he should have never come into the city! He knew it was too risky! "I'm afraid I'll have to cut things short my dear. It was lovely to meet you, and I hope you find some way to enjoy your time here despite how you may feel about this country. Please don't follow me." He spoke quickly and quietly, leaving money on the table as he stuffed two sushi in his mouth, grey eyes moving past her towards the front of the restaurant. He hadn't walked by again. That was both good and bad. Good because it meant they weren't going to confront him with innocent bystanders about. Bad because he could have reported to another team. Shit.

They probably half expected him to go out the back door as discreetly as possible as his training would have dictated the risks of using the front door. But at this point? He had to be unpredictable. And fast. Accessing the length of his legs for once, he took long strides out the door and made a sharp left into a tightly knit crowd of businessmen and women who must have come up from the subways. He could feel more coming. One in front of him in the distance, two behind possibly. Triangular formation. Checking his watch, he had to be unpredictable. Just where were they gathering? Did they have a lot of agents? He'd just have to take his chances. Breaking off suddenly to the left, he ran full tilt out into the busy street, a couple of car horns blaring out as he bounded across the street and down one of the narrower streets filled with stores. He didn't slow down, pulling his blazer off and casting it aside at some poor random woman, the sound of squealing tires telling him all he needed to know. They were following him. Not good.

He didn't have time to strip and blend into a wall, they knew he would want to try to do that first. In reality, that wasn't the best ability to use now anyways. It was better for when he had to sneak into a residence or something to kill someone all those years ago. Let me... "No." He whispered as he made a sudden right, people letting out cries of surprise as he barreled through them if they got in his way. He had superior height and a lack of caring at being polite right now. He couldn't go back. He could only imagine what might happen if he went back. Bang! oh hell, they were definitely following him. Or was it a sniper? The bullet whizzed past him and left a nice hole in a brick wall to his right, the dust settling over him as he bolted past. Another left, then a right, up some stairs, back across another street of traffic-SHIT! A black car began to lower its window, a gun pointing in his direction. Shit, shit, shit! A body suddenly grabbed him as he made a hard right, the whistling of a punch greeting him just before the blow. Ow. Ducking down, he dodged the second punch that came with it and countered with a quick jab to the stomach and another to the face, only one of them getting blocked. Grabbing the man, he twisted to the side, wrenching the man along as another bang! rang out, the body going limp in his hands.

Warm red liquid splashed across his white shirt, the color immediately drawing his gaze as he paused. Argh! The world went black as he winced, stumbling backward a bit, gritting his teeth. Another bang. He jerked to the side as it whizzed past him, slowly raising his head as a big grin began to slowly spread across his lips. This was no longer Kyosuke Miharu. This was something else... entirely. His grey eyes were now a blood red, a chuckle building in his throat as his ears perked up. To the left. Turning, he grabbed the ankle of the kick that was coming, laughing as he closed his hand tighter and tighter. Hehe... hehehehe....hehahahehehahahah...hahahHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! FREEDOM AT LAST! The bones made a sickening crunch as they were crushed, blood splurting forth as shards of the mans bone poked through his flesh. "Guess you aren't using that anymore huh?" Cackling, he threw the man as his elephant strength kicked in, sending the poor man flying into his associates black car. And with that, Kyosuke was off. He didn't care that the men were bound to follow. It just meant he had fresh bodies to kill. Pushing his strength into his legs, he jumped upwards towards a balcony that was above him to his right, landing with a clang on its surface. And up, up, and away he went! He jumped up from balcony to balcony till he reached the rooftop, pausing a moment to lick the blood off of his hands. Mmm... so long... So very long it had been... Chuckling, he ripped his shirt off and let his skin begin to change, matching the environment that was around him as the tie was also discarded. It was time to run across rooftops hehe!

Maiyuki watched the panicked expression. The calculation, it seemed unwanted people entered. As he paid and soon left, the waitress came toward her. She shook her head no, and the woman stopped as a man in a black suit moved next to the table. Maiyuki sipped her Tea, and as he opened his mouth. The bottle was smashed into the side of his head. She moved out of the stall, as he reached into his jacket to pull out a pistol. She ran her arm through his stomach before he could touch his fingers to it. How terrible. The restaurant exploded into panic. Great. She dove onto all fours, and made for the back door. She encountered two more, both smoking. They paused. She paused. They noticed the blood on her arm, and reached for their guns. She slung the blood at them, aiming to hit there eyes. They ducked and fired four shots at her. She nimbly moved to the side, she darted forward. Clutching the first one's arm and kicked the other in the gut. She spun around the first, and pointed the gun at the other. She whispered into his ear, and he fired the seven shots into his partner, before emptying the last round into his own brain. She turned and ran down the alley. What the fuck did he drag her into? Who were they? She leaped up onto a fire escape and began to climb to the top.

A Little Vaca Empty Re: A Little Vaca

Post by Guest Wed Jan 11, 2012 11:47 am

By this point, Kyosuke had made it off of a rooftop and down into an alley, his skin shifting as he crouched there completely naked. He was laying on his belly, curled and ready to pounce within the shadow of a dumpster. Stupid hair being visible. GOT IN WAY. Licking his lips, he could smell and hear the approach of another, having to resist the urge to grin wickedly since his teeth would have been obvious against all the darkness. Stupid scientists. Dead scientists! Dead and rotting~ Food for the flies~ Or would it be the flames? Yes yes, so much flames that day! kyahahakahehahekahekhakhehakekehahaa!!!!! More... He wanted MORE like that day!

A cat shot past him and his hand flicked out and grabbed it across the belly, the thing releasing a startled cry. But it was quickly cut off as its back just crumpled beneath his grasp, blood coating his fingers again. Aw. Poor kitty cat. HAH. Chuckling, he dove out as a figure was about to run past him, tackling the man in the suit to the ground. Snapping his neck, the shout he wanted to use was lost in a gurgle, his head almost getting cleanly ripped from his shoulders. Hehe... how could he NOT use his amazing strength? It made everything so much fun. clanking? Clankity-clank, LET THE BELLS TOLL! Kyehahahhehehahahehahaehaehee..... Looking upwards, he saw a pretty little thing climbing up and up towards the sky, a grin spreading onto his lips as he could smell that metallic stench of blood. Oh how tasty~ So much blood on her! He... He WANTED it. He wanted to TASTE it. Would she taste like all that blood? He wanted to know. He wanted to eat it!

So he glanced about and saw a lovely row of windows leading upwards. Like Ezio Auditore from Assassin's Creed 2, he began to clamber upwards, leaving blood finger prints along the surface in his wake. Soon enough he was up upon the roof, leaping over expanses till he was right in front of her, crouching with his arms between his legs as he opened his eyes. Oh the crimson and white were so distinctive against the skyline, his chameleon skin shifting to account for the change in his atmosphere. "Pretty thing! Sweet thing, can I taste your blood? You-" Twinging. No twinging! No, No, No, NO! HE DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK! But back he went as he snarled, whipping about as if to attack some unknown foe. Twisting his head back and around, his eyes opened and he straightened up to stand before her, grey orbs staring at her now mournfully.

They were on a rooftop now, and he was erm.. naked... but he must have camouflaged for he was still that way now.. What had happened in those minutes between? He could see there was blood on her arm as well as his hands, blinking as he only felt shame and concern at this turn of events. "Mai.. Maiyuki-chan...I'm so sorry I got you into this mess. These men are after me, not you. I.. I had hoped they wouldn't chase you, but they clearly must have." He could hear shouts coming up from below, grimacing though she probably couldn't quite see it well enough. "Come, we should keep moving." He murmured softly as he began to run towards the other end of the roof top, trying to think of some kind of plan to get them out of there.

"Pretty thing! Sweet thing, can I taste your blood? You-" Maiyuki turned to see Kyosuke. He wasn't quite himself, dissociative personality at it's best. Looked like he was itching for a fight. She swallowed her saliva, and gritted her teeth. The pain was beginning to take hold of her body. But as quickly as he came, the personality was suppressed. "Mai.. Maiyuki-chan...I'm so sorry I got you into this mess. These men are after me, not you. I.. I had hoped they wouldn't chase you, but they clearly must have." She let out a sigh of relief, she wasn't sure she was up for a combat session. She needed another two minutes to finish healing, before she would be back to peak performance. Gunshot wounds were nasty business, the entry wound was always smaller than the exit wound, and the exit wound was a bitch to close. Which is what she was struggling to do at the moment. "Come, we should keep moving." She watched as he ran to one end of the roof, and she quickly reached back and touched the wound, wincing in pain. It wasn't large, but it was still a problem. It hindered her mobility quite a bit. She pumped out some of her own pheromones and inhaled them deeply. Seeking to alter her minds, understanding of pain. Turning pain, into pleasure. It didn't hurt, but the color in her cheeks began to rise. It was an odd sensation to cope with, but it was better than not wanting to move. She walked quickly to the side and looked down. She looked to the next building and measured the distance. A normal human could never make the 10 foot jump to the other side, but with her feline precision and new muscular construction from her DNA. She could clear it in spades. She took four steps back, and then bolted forward. She jumped arching her back, and then extending her legs.

As she watched the alley pass under her, she finally saw the ground of the rooftop. As she slammed into the ground she rolled to a stop, it wasn't a bad jump. Her form was flawless, but the wound was highly aggravated with the jump and the landing. Maiyuki's body shook violently, as she experienced pleasure she had never before understood. A couple moans escaped her lips as she pushed herself up. She looked back to Kyosuke, they would need to clear this block before thinking of descending. They were organized, and as Maiyuki stood. Unless she could get them all together, there was no way she could take them out. For now, this was all she could think of.

Post by Guest Tue Jan 24, 2012 11:19 am

Shit they were in such a bad spot right now... He couldn't just hide out in the country side now that they had found him here. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! He should have never come into the city to begin with! Maiyuki was already clearly injured, and he was pushing her even harder with such a wound as that. He cleared the gap and turned, waiting to see if he needed to help her across given how she was touching that wound of hers. Could she make the jump? He could hear the shouting coming from below and it only put his nerves more on edge, his skin rippling to account for the different rooftop he now stood upon. The iron... It hit his nose so sharply, wrinkling with the knowledge that it had been obtained by the loss of another life. A life he had ended like he used to before. This... He did not really approve of. Why could he not remember such a thing?! What... what was wrong with him? Should he seek out someone of a medical profession to tell him? No.. no doctors were usually... well that wasn't... Ack, distracting himself would not help them make it out alive!

But Maiyuki was jumping. He could clearly see her chimeran abilities as she landed so lightly upon the roof near him, rolling onto her feet. The moans, however, threw him off completely. He felt his cheeks flush with color since he wasn't really sure he wanted to know, the hue distinct as his skin tried to shift it back to match the background. The sounds were getting louder as the men were beginning to climb upwards towards them, dogs barking as they caught their scent. Ohhh this was not... Wait a minute. Running up to Maiyuki, he grimaced slightly as he took a calming breath, suddenly picking her up bridal style before taking off. "Please excuse this Maiyuki-chan, but we must move! Concentrate on taking care of that wound." He didn't know if she could see his smile that he flashed her, but he could only hope that she did (and didn't end up fidgeting or kicking him to get free. He wasn't wearing any clothes after all!).

And with that, he pushed more strength into his legs and ran, doing his best to not bounce her about too much as he cleared roofs one after the next. He easily leaped through the air as they came to another alleyway between buildings, creating a small crater as he landed on the other side. Good. The shouts were fading as he pushed them onward, grey eyes completely focused ahead of them. He would get them out! He would get them out because he had gotten them into this mess in the first place! Ok... ok... ok... where did they go? Shit, he couldn't materialize either unless they got him to a clothing store either... FUCK. He pushed onward, not even keeping track of how many roofs he had crossed now before finally slowing to a stop. Shit.. he was out of shape... Crouching down, he placed Maiyuki down carefully upon the rooftop, his hair clinging to his face as sweat dripped down his body. Looking all around, Kyosuke gulped down air as if it were water, trying to think of the best way to exit the city.

She was carried, much to her distaste. But her wound soon closed and she lost her constant wave of pleasure. She finally released her hold on herself and her senses returned to normal. She rested for a while as he bounced from roof to roof, until the sounds died down. Kyosuke came to a halt finally, his body pushed near its limits. Perhaps due to him carrying her, but no matter. She was fully recovered now. She placed a hand on his shoulder, and tried to calm him. "Relax. I'm back to one hundred percent now. Take a rest here." She walked to the edge and looked to down the street. There was clothing store down the street. She looked at the route he choose. No doubt the sound of the hulk jumping from roof to roof wasn't hard to track, but difficult to keep up with. She had maybe a minute. She moved toward the space between alley's and looked down. Just enough distance to rebound. She bent down, and her leg muscles expanded slightly, she leaped off the roof and ricocheted from wall to wall until her feet touched the ground. She looked down the street and couldn't see them. She crossed the street and entered a small corner store. She quickly swiped a large bottle of water, and a pair of swim trunks. She walked out the store without a single word and no one seemed to notice. She moved back into the alley, first peering down the street before seeing a few black suits heading towards them. Pfft. Too late now. She leaped back up to the roof and handed Kyosuke both items.

"Look trying to out run them isn't going to work. I've run into these kind of folks before, once they taste blood they never stop chasing. Just relax for now, but know this Kyosuke...you owe me a drink after all this is said and done." With a small smile, she moved to the edge as they looked up at her. She dodged backward as a bullet whizzed up at her. Several loud shouts were heard, and the sound of a door being kicked in. She moved to the rooftop entrance and waited. Her eyes closed as she concentrated on something. The sweet smell of jasmine began to fill the air, if Kyosuke would have inhaled it. The door flung open and they looked around. Six men all of whom walked passed Maiyuki and looked confused.

A single flick of the wrists as her claws extended from her fingers. Three arm swings and all six men were grounded and screaming in pain. They would bleed out from there wounds in seconds. She kicked their guns from them and winked at Kyosuke. "I'll be back. I'll see if I can find you a suit that might fit you." She disappeared into the doorway. Heading down the stairs, as the scent was thick within the building. Her ability to produce pheromones had been enhanced since she last used them. She could cover a larger area with more potent pheromones. She sped down the stair cases, killing men before they knew what happened. She made the mistake of killing a man near a window, in which the suits outside began to indiscriminately fire into the building. Ducking for cover, Maiyuki was again hit. "For fucks sake, am I a bullet magnet today?" She licked the cut on her forearm and watched as it stopped bleeding quite fast. Small cuts like this wouldn't take long at all. But the barrage of bullets wouldn't stop. She was trapped behind door frame, and was waiting for an opportunity to dart free. That is until she heard the crash of a window and instinctively ran for the back window. Only to be met with another hail of bullets, she turned and ran back toward the front and darted up the stairs as an explosion shook the building. Damnit, they were getting to flashy now. Did they not care about local police? She made it back to the roof with only two gun shot wounds, and winced in pain as she looked at Kyosukue. "Ok, new plan. There were more of them than I thought."

Post by Guest Fri Feb 10, 2012 10:06 am

Ok, where could they go? Breath in, breath out. What would be the best way out? Breath in, breath out. Dammit, how had they found him?! Breath in, breath out. A hand on his shoulder. Snapping out of the calculative mind, Kyosuke had to blink as Maiyuki brought him back to the world with that simple touch, straightening up a bit more as his breathing was more even at this point. "Relax. I'm back to one hundred percent now. Take a rest here." "Very well Maiyuki-chan." He murmured softly as he concentrated on cooling, and calming, down. He was acting like an animal in a cage which is exactly what they probably wanted. He wasn't thinking correctly, especially not so considering he was also worrying over her. Remember Kyosuke; she's part of RNB. They were members of RIOTE by extension, which means they couldn't be any slouches. Calm.... breath....

Standing to his full height, Kyosuke observed her looking over the edge and wondered even more about her. Where had she come from? What kind of life had she led? Was it similar to his considering they were both in RNB? She was a hitman of sorts it seemed as far as she had implied in their earlier conversation, but had she done any other jobs? Did she randomly have blackouts too? Oh now he was being silly. And distracted because off she went! With a start, he bolted to the edge of the roof only to see her dart within a store, the slight breeze that blew cold against his sweaty skin. Just what was she on about...... He could hear the shouts yonder and it put him on edge, something clawing at the edges of his mind. What was-- ACK! With a sharp intake of breath, the world swam into darkness as a hand came up to his temple. What... Opening his eyes a moment later, they were golden and as sharp as an eagles, narrowing their gaze to the situation at hand. He was on a roof. And he was naked. And that beauty was gone. Just WHAT had that idiot gotten them into now-- As his golden eyes scanned the alleyway below, he saw that pretty little thing come running out of a store, bounding up to join him on this rooftop.

"Look trying to out run them isn't going to work. I've run into these kind of folks before, once they taste blood they never stop chasing. Just relax for now, but know this Kyosuke...you owe me a drink after all this is said and done." Out..run? Folk... blood.. Oh. There was some blood on his hands wasn't there? Well now, some killing must have happened then hm? Probably some idiot bloke who didn't realize what he was getting into. So he merely nodded slowly and took the items that were offered by this chimera girl, sliding the shorts on quickly as his skin began to return to normal. Dear lord was he sweaty! And he ached... What in the blazes had happened?! He practically ripped one of the water bottles open, gulping down its contents as his mind quickly ran through the possibilities of what had happened. 1. The facility men had found them. 2. Mercenaries were after them.... Glancing in the direction of a fresh batch of noises, he decided that it was best to go with option one at this point, chuckling at her requirement that he apparently owed her. "For a pretty girl and being the cause of this mess, any time." He murmured softly, only the smallest hint of a charming smile shining through the slight grimace that had come up to his handsome features. She did have a rather nice smile... His eyes trailed along her body as she peered over the edge once more, taking his time to sip at the rest of the one water bottle in his hand. After all, it was rather idiotic of him to have gulped it down so fast before. He would make himself sick if he kept that up.

Sigh... And then a bullet whizzed by. Oh well. So much for taking a tea-time break hm? Cracking his neck, Kyosuke rolled his shoulders as he too, began to take steps towards the rooftop entrance standing rather casually as he got there. After all, the smell of jasmine had risen into the air and he knew what that must mean. Poor sods. The group of them looked all ready to take out two chimera so they were confused when they only seemed to detect one; him. "Allo chaps." He spoke with a small wave and a smirk, chuckling as they all began to focus on him. And then they were on the ground in pain. "Idiots." He muttered under his breath as he finished off the bottle and tossed it away, the other currently resting inside the pocket of his swim trunks. Strolling up to one of the guns that were laying about, he picked it up and examined it since it wasn't like he was really good at fighting. Such a barbaric thing. Yuck. "I'll be back. I'll see if I can find you a suit that might fit you." What a darling girl. "Thank you. Be careful darling." He spoke cheerfully, waving a hand to her as he continued his search through this fresh store of guns. He cared not that the men were bleeding out about him, sidestepping a swipe from one. Now that wasn't very nice was it?

Humming a soft tune to himself, he pulled out extra ammo as he found them, the magazines vanishing into his apparently massive pockets. Now just how long was this game of cat and mouse going to go on hm? He knew they would probably bring out bigger guns soon--BOOM!!! The building rocked beneath him as grenades were being implimented, the sound of bullets chopping through the air of Tokyo. "Well that didn't take long did it?" Collin muttered with a frown and a sigh, loading up the gun and readying it to fire. Sniffing the air, his back was to her as she appeared back on the roof with him, the metallic scent of blood swirling about her. "Ok, new plan. There were more of them than I thought." Taking a deep breath, Collin had to ponder the options carefully, thinking of the other two idiots that were within him. Kyosuke would be too panicky and... the crazy one would be just that. Crazy. Which left him. Very well, he would take the reigns. Turning, his footsteps were brisk and with purpose as he glanced over the wounds she held before his golden eyes met her own. "Clearly. Unfortunately the men from the facility never played around. Rather ghastly that." Speaking of playing...

His face lit up with an 'ah-ha!' moment, and so he walked over to the now dead men that lay there. Six projectiles? Should be enough. Picking two of them up by their midsection, he whistled as he strolled over to the edge and very VERY carefully peeked over. Gunfire was his greeting. But that had been enough of a glance for him and so he readied one of the bodies for flight. "Alley-oop!" And with that, he whirled the body downwards towards his fellows with all of his might, chuckling as he heard the collision amongst... had that been two shouts? Most excellent. Gathering up another body, he sent it off to rejoin his fellows below, unable to not chuckle just a little bit at the situation at hand. "Shanao-chan, grab one of those bodies if you can and use it as a shield. I do believe we need to get moving." With that, another explosion rocked the building beneath them much to his disdain. With two more throws, that left a meat shield for each of them and he wasted no time in implementing it. Holding it to the side and down a little, he leaped across to a building nearby, bullets burying themselves within their former team mate as Collin darted away. With a toss, the body went flying down and he was off like a light, jumping down from the rooftops to the street. A train would be rather helpful even if they could stop it. The pair could easily get off before them. What an idiot Kyosuke was. She said that she knew his scent? Well, then let her follow him.

He didn't pause or hesitate as they went running through the streets, dodging around people that got in their way as he headed towards the nearby station and down the stairs. Now this was really just getting a little TOO cliche.
