FORM:
→ The transmutation circle is found on the palm of Vlad's left hand. A second transmutation circle (of the same design) is on the bottom of a gold pocket compass that Vlad has with him at all times. When the two touch, the circles are activated and Vlad can perform his alchemy that much quicker. He can use it without his compass, but it makes changing the direction of the wind far more difficult.

BRIEFING:
→ Vlad's transmutation circle is tattooed light gray onto his left palm. It is black against the bottom of his compass. The circle seems to indicate the flow of wind with every line, everything being directional or moving in nature. At level one, Vlad's alchemical technique is not specifically defensive or offensive. It can, in the right circumstances, be used as a defense or a weapon. But for the most part, Vlad uses it on his own whims.

In order to successfully use wind in alchemy, Vlad had to study about basic meteorology and how wind is gathered and measured in strength. He also knows how to recognize wind density as well as how it affects the climate and general temperament of an area.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Vlad's ability is very basic at the first level. He has the ability to change the direction of the wind wherever he is. It has a large range and can effect far beyond him because of the currents across the world. For example, he can change the direction of a breeze from north to south, indirectly moving a storm to a different area.
