      DESCRIPTION:
→ Ah Molly McCafferty; One of Carraig’s most Creigish Creigs in all of Carraig. She has hair that could melt the Sun with its radiant redness, first of all. Secondly, she has bright brown eyes. In terms of clothing, she will often wear a tank top or something of the sort and a skirt or some form of a KILT. But for women. Because only men wear TRUE kilts. Yeah. Manly men. Anyways, she gets a tanned complexion from her Esparian mother, as well as a slight Esparian accent when speaking Esparian or Amestrian. When speaking Creig, her father gifted her with the most Creig accent on the face of the planet, and seriously; Listen to her for more than 10 minutes. Her (would-be) Level 4 Alkahestry will take effect, WITHOUT ALKAHESTRY TAKING EFFECT. You will want to kill yourself, it is so Creig. Furthermore, she also wears sandals most places she goes, and is never without her double-neck Keytar-Guitar strapped to her back. She also carries a small, but powerful, amp attached to her waist. In addition to this, she walks with a rather casual gait, no matter the scenario. Molly also has a preference for a bandana with a sixteenth note over white cloth, which matches the sixteenth note on her left shoulder. Her other tattoo, under her left eye, is an M, obviously for Molly.

       PERSONALITY:
→ To describe Molly's personality accurately, there are many things to be accounted for. The biggest quality of her (Yes, let's do the GOOD first! :D) is her optimism. No matter what is going on, no matter how others feel, no matter what is happening in the world, Molly can see the bright side of the new moon. Woke up late and missed an appointment? At least you will be well rested for the rescheduled one. Rammed your car into a deer? Cheer up; at least the deer didn't ram into your car! This optimism is always present, unless something really bad happens to someone she cares about, or Carraig as a whole. (See; Deepest Secret)

Another endearing quality of Molly is her sheer passion and determination, which some may also refer to as having reinforced steel-plated diamonds for a head. Once Molly decides to do something, I DARE you to find some scheme, some way to stop her. With Molly, everything is hit or miss, and she scratched option 2 off the ballots. She is possibly the most stubborn person in all of Carraig, and simply refuses to do anything she doesn't want to do, including the fact that she has never lost an argument, simply because she carried it on until the other person gave up. But this can be a good thing! For who else, in all of Carraig, can persevere so much that should Carraig ever fight a war, her 'team' of drummers and tiny brass ensemble could march through the battlefield with no fear, when they should be afraid? And she will of course, never back down from a challenge.

This leads us onward to her courage. Molly is not just brave, but she has more nerve in her pinky finger than the average human spine. Which IS a nerve! Molly would walk right up to Aurel and punch him in the nose, then demand that he lights her cigar. You know. If she had a reason to. Fortunately for Aurel Molly, she always carries a lighter, just in case. Oh, and just to reiterate, she has the tough job of leading six drummers and six brass players through raging battlefields, supplying the troops of Carraig with moral support and instilling a sense of impending defeat in the enemy. Not to mention that in doing so, she is at constant risk of being shot by pretty much anyone on the enemy side, and is a fairly easy target!

Oh, and the bad traits... Well, let us begin, shall we? Molly first of all enjoys highly the use of sarcasm. If you ask her a question and you are NOT Toss, your answer will likely snark your face off. This of course is not usually intended to be MEAN, it's just her style. But of course, anyone answering questions in a way that makes everyone else feel like Captain Obvious is usually perceived as mean and hurtful. Which she can be. Which leads the way to her fiery temper.

Molly's hair is NOT the fieriest part of her. If you can see her hair from six miles away, you can feel the vibrations of her anger from twelve. When Molly is mad, Molly is mad. When Molly is mad, and you ARE NOT TOSS, avoid Molly. AT ALL COSTS. Her guitar-keytar is NOT just for alkahestry and can be used as a club. Which she does. Frequently.

       DEEPEST SECRET:
→ Molly would tell this only to Toss, and ONLY if she absolutely had to, but she is deathly afraid that someday everything she cares about will be destroyed, and she won't be able to stop it. Any time something bad happens to anyone she knows, she will go into a state of panic and shock, which she will seldom emerge from for a few days.

       HISTORY:
→ Molly McCafferty was born in Dublin to her father, Cayden McCafferty, and her mother, Maria McCafferty. Even as a young child, she showed a certain profound genius in musical talent. Even from three, she was playing Creig folk songs on a small harmonica her father had given her. At four, she was given a small ukulele and an actual chrome harmonica. At that point she could play Creig folk songs, some Esparian salsa music, and a bit of Creig and Esparian rock music. This doesn't even scratch the surface of what she would be playing just three years later. It was at the age of seven, she could play harmonica, ukulele, guitar, piano, and even a bit of bagpipe notes. And at this time, her repertoire for songs had grown considerably, and she could have played lead guitar for bands like Thin Lizzy, Greenday, or The Rolling Stones. She had also most certainly made her family proud.

It was during a history lesson that she first decided her career plan, at the age of twelve, when she knew how to play even harder songs, such as a hard rock take on Mozart's Requiem, and her own compositions. She had read about militant drummer boys, who provided the powers of morale to the troops through song. It was then that she set out to begin her very own military marching band, to inspire the troops and degrade whomever Carraig was at war with, if they ever went to war. She had much work to do...

Of the things she did, she set out first to study Alkahestry, which she thought was interesting. Cayden was among a rather elite group in the Creig military, so he could afford private schooling for Molly, which made it easy to request an alkahestry teacher. Within four years, the now sixteen year old Molly had two new things under her belt- Her custom built "Mollytar", a keytar and a twelve-string guitar formed into a double-neck, and the ability to perform alkahestry with such an instrument, transforming her music's mood into a form of alkahestry that altered various parts of the brain and adrenal glands. That next year she signed up for the Creig military, and requested that she lead the official Creig Military Marching Band, an idea of hers that would potentially prove well for increasing the bravery of troops, thus making them more effective in battle, and lowering the morale of enemies to make them less capable of fighting.

This was also an important period in her life, because this is when her father found Toss when he busted up an organization dedicated to some crazy bird crap. She often peeked in on her father's new friend, and over a period of time, she and Toss became close friends. SUCH close friends, indeed, that Molly would have given her life for Toss if she had to, and she trusted him in every matter, and would confide in him things she even kept secret from her parents and everyone else.

The next three years of her life, before the present day, were filled with more of her independent musical study, and hanging out with Toss. Over this time, she not only learned to play several other instruments and became more proficient in songwriting and composition, but began going with Toss on joy rides in the Fallacy, and installed a CD player and radio in the aircraft for him. Up until now, she has done as normal, and worked on living life and enjoying every minute of it...

At some point since last we left off, Molly had an encounter in Esparia with a member of the Inquisition. He'd recognized the alkahestric arrays on her Mollytar, and was about to engage her, as she noticed him and knew why he was moving towards her, when a stone struck him in the head from afar. From in the distance, a group of Esparian rebels, probably even a few Gelemortian instigators in there (Curse those foul hamster-mothered fiends!), had approached, and was trying to fight for the rights to use alchemy and alkahestry in Esparia. The poor man was overwhelmed by the stoning, but within moments, Molly had drawn from her back her Mollytar. Playing a sweet few riffs, almost like a lullaby, her audience of rock-throwers was soon quelled into a calm state, and then, JUST as she seemed about to close the piece with a slowing of tempo and softening of octave, she burst sharply into a speed metal crescendo, turning the volume as she did so. And to further their treat, between every three chords, she played a powerful three-key note on her lower half of the instrument, inducing a  new emotion in these people; one of sheer terror. They fled the scene, convinced she was about to slaughter them all, by some horrible means, as Molly really did wrap up the piece.

Moving over to the man, she knelt down before him, checked his pulse and bandaged him, routine things she'd learned in the military. As soon as he was again conscious he saw that she had indeed saved his life; it wasn't a crazy dream. Not only that, she had been baking cookies for his awakening. Passing him one of the large peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, they ate as he discussed with her a deal. The deal was thus; as she had saved his life, he'd save her own. She would have to erase the arrays from her instruments, of course, and never again use alkahestry, but the deal was done; he would write off her name as a false case, that she'd happened upon what seemed like a cool symbol, and unwittingly used it for show. As these events proceeded, she waved good-bye to the man, now well enough to move freely again, and returned home to Carraig, to mellow out a little; nearly being arrested with death penalty, rescuing the Inquisitor from his assailants, and nursing him back to good health were stressful activities!

After this, Molly did a few other things; she met quite a few new faces within the Creig military, including a couple of new band recruits, one of whom she took to a bar for a night out with booze and tacos. FUN!~ And in a completely unrelated note, there was the guy with the chocolate pie, Envy. Always a fun one to be around, he was. SO LOVING AND KIND. 8D And then, most recently, she now has to deal with the sudden rise of the disease ravaging the Eastern and Northern lands. Hopefully none would hit Carraig, perhaps?

     TRIVIA:
→ Molly can play most songs by ear, and can play most guitars, keyboards, the bagpipes, the violin, the celtic harp, and the harmonica, as well as being learned in a few other instruments, but to lesser extents than her main instruments.
→While Molly's keytar is the basis for her musical career, she can also use it as a club to beat the holy crap out of people. DO NOT MESS WITH MOLLY.
→Molly enjoys the use of sarcasm. A lot. Too much. Okay, maybe not enough. That was sarcastic. o.o
→Molly's main purpose within the Creig military is that she is the leader of the Creig marching band, which is pretty much akin to the old drummer boys and flag-bearers whose main purpose was to raise the morale of their men, and taunt the enemy. But if need be, Molly can also handle a rifle well enough.
→ Molly will be seen speaking in a GHASTLY Creig accent, Creig, and in a slightly less HORRID Esparian accent, Esparian and Amestrian. She also dabbles a little in Ishvallan, which she speaks in her VILE Creig accent.
