BRIEFING:
→ The circle has to deal with metal and how it works. Dom knows what each of his weapons are made of, and what most other items that are metal are made of. He knows the chemical structure of each item. How much of a percentage is Chromium, Tungsten, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Silicon. Perhaps other metals. Simply he is able to move and reconsturct all the atoms so they take on whatever form he can think of. With limits of course.

Uh... I'm so confused. This is like a quasi-trans app custom weapons app. You need to pick one or the other... And you can't have your trans circle ON the weapon you're making since you need to use the circle in order to make the weapon... XD;
