FORM:
→ The transmutation circle is imprinted onto a simple white doll, the poppet for the voodoo art. The circle is specifically placed on either the doll's chest or on the base of its neck. Patience has many of these dolls made by a man on the black market so that all she has to do is individualize the dolls. To do this she collects hair and even blood from her targets and then uses these and cloth (for clothing or physical attributes) to make the dolls as close to appear as close to the target as possible.
→ The transmutation circle and the white dolls are the same. The difference in pins used is that they are thinner and all have red tops.

BRIEFING:
→ Patience's transmutation circle appears to have three eyes, all red and what appears to be a devilish face on the top. All of these point to the smaller circle in the center, which is where Patience places her finger(s) to perform her alkahestry. Everything is inter-connected with helps her when feeling the connection of the dragon's pulse, which allows her to connect to her poppet's target.

Patience's technique is mostly offensive, allowing her to weaken a target enough to perform her necessary job. She can use it defensively, although it is usually a preemptive defense, when she is aware she is coming under attack soon. Voodoo is a delicate art and while Patience can work under pressure if necessary, she usually needs quiet in order to focus. She can be vulernable when performing more difficult voodoo, but she is also very perceptive when in this state.

In order to properly perform this alkahestry, Patience requires a great understanding of the dragon pulse and the connection of energy across all beings. She must also understand pressure points on the human body to inflict pain, as well as details of acupuncture in order to best utilize her pins in the poppet. She also requires a great understanding of the anatomy of the body and brain.

→ To master Oshun's Heartache, Patience had to further her understanding of the dragon pulse. She needed to be able to tap into a specific area of the victim's body, rather than on the whole body itself. She studied the heart extensively to know where and how to stick the pins in the poppet to receive the desired effect.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Voodoo Alkahestry – Damballa's Blessing: Patience's alkahestry has the ability to tap into a person's body, using the dragon pulse technique. She feels the connection of her energy with the doll and in turn, with the person the poppet is designed for. At this stage, Patience can only cause debilitating pain within a range of about 100 feet. She uses a variety of needles placed in the poppet to give the target pain that inevitably weakens them. This then enables her to move closer to her victim to finish whatever job has been assigned to her.

As Patience reaches a new level of understanding of her alkahestry, it also brings greater uses. Her greatest increase is that her range of power has increased. She can now connect with someone at a range of 200 feet in order to cause debilitating pain. This pain and if combined with the right placement of needles, can cause paralysis or even seriously injure someone.

→ Voodoo Alkahestry – Oshun's Heartache: Patience's newest talent is potent, but she must remain with 100 feet of her victim. She can now effect the heart, causing what would outwardly appear to be a heart attack. Again, these are not fatal by point, but can kill someone with heart complications. This technique is created by Patience using the same kind of doll as before, except with a different pin. Primarily, she does this for her own purposes, rather than for alkahestric reasons. The pins she uses to inflict Oshun's Heartache are thinner than the first and all are red on the top.
