BRIEFING:
→ One paragraph minimum on what the circle looks like as well as describing its main abilities, how it works against opposing elements, if it's offensive or defensive, and any drawbacks it has. Don't forget to add the scientific equation behind it, for example, put in what the alchemist has to KNOW as well as the technique.
