DESCRIPTION:
Victus has dyed his hair dark purple and brown, dark, eyes that peer deep into people. His body looks frail, weak, slender and smooth making him look pitiful, the type whom you would expect to go down and beg on their knees if trouble arose. His skin is very white, almost albino, and on his chest is a scar that came with an operation that replaced his weak heart and lungs with strong automail. There is automail that covers most of his back and reaches down to behind his knees.

He usually only wears a pair of trousers and a jacket, hardly ever wearing a top even in the coldest of winters yet he never seems cold. On his left hand he wears a white ring and on his feet he usually wears favorite black shoes.

When he is disguised as 'Justice' he wears a white cloak with a hood that covers his face in darkness and a plain steel mask kept strapped to his face by what looks like two belts.

He moves very smoothly, almost like he is dancing, which seems to surprise most people as it certainly doesn't suit how he looks. Whenever he's with people he always seems to be smiling, in the hope that it will make them happier. He has a tendency to randomly stare at the ground, looking as distant as a meditating monk and as thoughtful as a great sage.

PERSONALITY:
Chal is what all would describe as a 'nice kid', he is polite, kind and loving to almost everyone he meets. He would easily make friends with anyone he meets, from an aging old man to an innocent child, as long as they haven't done anything he considers wrong. He enjoys being with people as he views life in of itself as a beautiful thing that needs no justification, and just being with people means you are basking in the glorious gift that it is. He would do anything to ensure people are safe and happy, risking himself thoughtlessly within seconds of trouble arising itself. He loves music as he views it, combined with dancing, as the ultimate expression of emotions which to him makes it ultimately good no matter what others will say. He loves Automail as it is the thing that saved his life not once but twice over the course of his life, as well as saving improving the standard of living for other people who were unfortunate to be born with weaknesses or got into horrible and terrifying accidents that would ruin their lives even further if it were not for Automail.

With that, if he considers anything you have done to be wrong he will show you another side of his personality. He will show absolute hate against you, without thinking about the consequences against him. Usually he will then don the name of 'Justice' and seek to bring you what his name suggests he will, though he will outright refuse to kill anyone no matter what as he see that as bringing himself down to their level. What he does to you depends on how bad he thinks the thing you have done is, at worst he will break an arm or a leg or perhaps ruin your life by taking all your money.

DEEPEST SECRET:
The fact that he is the masked vigilante Justice, as if anyone were to find out then he would likely get into incredible trouble with many many people. He fears that if that if someone found out the people he loves will get into trouble more then he fears of his own safety.

IDOL:
Edward Elric. Although Chal is not an alchemist, Edward had a strong sense of justice that Chal looks up to along with the fact that he sacrificed his Alchemy for his brother. Edward went against the odds to do what was right, without killing any human himself, and thus became the inspiration that drove Chal to become Justice.

HISTORY:
Chal was found not many months old on April 22nd, 1996, by Dominic Viscus, a 25 year old man who was training to be a Automail Mechanic under a Mr. LeCoulte, supposedly the best Mechanic in Amestris. Dominic took Chal under his care but soon realized that he was much weaker then what he should have been. He took him to a doctor who told Dominic that Chal had an abnormally frail body and an extraordinarily weak heart and lungs, meaning that Chal would never make it past five years old. Dominic, not wanting the innocent child to die, asked his master, LeCoulte, to make specialized Automail heart and lungs for Chal. LeCoulte refused at first, stating that it would be incredibly dangerous, but eventually Dominic convinced him to do it. LeCoulte managed to succeed in helping Chal, giving him an extra powerful heart, lungs to keep up with it and a new back as his own one was much weaker then what was safe. He warned Dominic, however, that it would mean that the injuries that would otherwise be shrugged off could prove fatal as the increased flow of blood would make the blood pour out nearly twice as fast as it should.

As such, Chal grew up quite sheltered from the outside world in fear that he would get killed by the injuries that would inevitably happen if he were allowed to run as free as other kids his age. He did however gain friends, who came to visit him in his home. He got on well with them and ended up happy just how he was. When he was seven Chal started to learn how to become an Automail Mechanic, first taught by Dominic. He showed that he was very talented and soon LeCoulte took over from Dominic as Chal's teacher. He also began to self-teach himself other things that interested him, such as other cultures, a the theories behind alchemy and alkahestry (Even though he himself could not use either of them).

As he grew older Chal decided that he should learn how to fight to defend himself, at first against his adoptive father's will but soon convinced him that it was safer for him to be able to defend himself and promised that he would focus on learning a style that would avoid him being injured. Though his body still failed to grow, Chals mind compensated for it. He became very intelligent, and he used this intelligence to learn more about anything that interested him. Gaining more and more knowledge as each month passed, yet never bragging about it.

As days passed on Chal learned about the horrors that were going on in Amestris and beyond, which sickened him to the stomach just thinking about it. Corruption, stealing even murder. Chal felt that it was appalling that the world was like this, and decided to devote himself to changing it for the better. He donned the name of 'Justice' and set out as a masked vigilante who would fight against those whom he deemed to be doing wrong.

TRIVIA:
Chal's body is frail and cannot take much damage without any armor or medical attention.

His Automail heart and lungs gives Chal incredible endurance and energy but as a price they also make injuries worse as they increase the speed of which he can bleed out by nearly twice as much.

Chalybs means Steel (In Latin)

Viscus means flesh, bowels, internal organs, entrails and heart (In Latin)

Chal can speak Amestrian fluently as it is his home language, as well as being able to speak Drachman and Xingese quite well due to his knowledge-seeking on other cultures when he was younger.
