DESCRIPTION:
→ The most distinct feature that Noctis probably has is his jet black hair which he wears long at about his waist. He has Ice blue eyes, along with a small nose, and two regular sized ears. Noctis has a pretty big mouth compared to normal standards, mainly because he's been known to be somewhat of a big eater. For a small guy, he packs a huge appetite. He has a full set of pearly whites, a sign that he takes great care of himself and also his grooming needs. He also has a Scar above his left eye from a fight.Several other scars can be seen on his body from various stupid things hes done to some fight hes been in. For his sizes he has a adequate build not too muscular and not to thin. He has what people would consider a slightly intimidating appearance due to the black hair and ice blue eyes.His skin is some what tan but not enough that it would make him stand out in crowd not that he already dont.

PERSONALITY:
→ Noctis is a friendly, laid back, cool cat. He has a good sense of humor and can take a joke. As laid back as he is, Noctis's work ethic can not be questioned. When he's solely focused on a task, he'll go headstrong into completing it. Loyalty is very important to him. At any given time, Noctis's ready to give up his own life in the sake of protecting a friend or a loved one. However, he doesn't expect them to do the same for him. A very calm individual, and a nice person at heart. He would very much rather avoid confrontation when it's not necessary, but will engage when danger is imminent. Very rarely does Noctis ever lose his composure, which is usually somewhat of a jolly manner. The boy is very approachable and very easily to befriend. He's not too big of a fan on ending another person's life, but when he will do it when it's only absolutely necessary.

As 'nice' of a guy Noctis is, he does come somewhat sarcastic, sometimes even unintended, due to force of habit. With his laid back persona, some individuals sometimes question whether or not he understands the severity of some situations. As a normal teenage boy, he's attracted to the opposite sex, and he's somewhat a flirt. Good or evil, Noctis follows his own code of ethics, and does what he believes to be is right, which sometimes gets him in some trouble. Sometimes soft spoken, sometimes stubborn, Noctis's as normal as it gets for any ordinary teenager. Keeping it simple, living one day at a time.There are a few things that Noctis will not tolerate and that includes People making fun of his friends or bringing harm to anyone he cares about,In His book that is the worst thing you could do to him.

HISTORY:
→ Noctis came from a nice rich settled down family, where he got most of the things he wanted, which he often refused to accept. This is what gave him his care-free attitude, and his lack of interest in different subjects. His childhood was concluded as fast as it began, pushing Noctis into a situation where he was often seen as an adult. Noctis's childhood ended so fast cause his father was a member of the Yakuza and his mom was an alcoholic who didn’t do anything but sit around and drink all day. Noctis had to learn how to take care of himself by the age of 8 he was learning how to cook from the maids of the house hold. He was also being taught how to Sow and repair house hold things by the maids and various other staff that worked at the Takasu mansion. Noctis often looked at them as Parents more so then he did his own. Which made him sad due to the fact that all the other kids at school had normal functioning family while his parents were either fighting all the time or just plain out forgetting about his existence.

By Age 12 Noctis was able to take care of himself. He was able to cook,clean,do laundry,repair clothing, and get himself up to go to school. Most kids his age were still having there parents dress them and Noctis was just way too far ahead of them maturity wise. On his 14th birthday Noctis's mother was found dead in the streets with several stabs wounds on her body. The local police ruled it as a Rape/Homicide. His mothers death really didn’t phase him at all . Considering he had never even thought of her as his mother just the women that gave birth to him. The only thing that really bothered him about the whole incident was the fact that he knew it was not just a normal homicide. He knew it had something to do with the Yakuza. When Noctis finally turned 16 he wanted out away from all this violence so he decided to confront his dad.

One day while his father was home Noctis approached his dad telling him he wanted to go somewhere away from all this violence. Noctis didn’t feel safe he felt tense all the time wondering when there house would be raided or when the house would get shot up. His Dad listened to him and agreed to set up an account for him which he would put money in To the tune of a whopping 50 million in currency on one condition. That Noctis Become a state alchemist in Aerugo and never ever get mixed up in the mob business that his father did. Noctis Began studying books from the local library on basic alchemy and Alchemical Formula's. This went on for about year, He had read just about every book in the library involving or concerning alchemy. He began to search for a teacher somone who could teach him something that would help him in his pursuit of alchemical teachings. He finally found a teacher that agreed to teach him a basic ability that would go with his swordsmen ship. He Taught him how to make water resonate at such a high frequency that it would cut through almost anything. This training went on for about half a year finally ending with Noctis inscribing the proper alchemic symbol into his sword to allow for the use of alchemy with it. His teacher died in a house fire shortly after that leaving Noctis on his own.

ALCHEMIC/ALKAHESTRIC ABILITY:
→ Resonating Water: Noctis is currently only able to transmute water with his inscribed sword due to his skill level. With the sword Noctis can manipulate water using alchemy causing the water to resonate at such a high frequency that it will cut through almost anything. He carry's a cantine with water in it to serve as the equivalent exchange for the use of said alchemy. Basicly the water is bound to the sword and Enhances the swords cutting ability. This is only possible due to the alchemical symbols inscribe into the sword.

Alchemic Ability: Explain this further in your trans app and I think I'll be able to approve this, however note the fact that you can't make water float in the air or anything so I can't see how you'll be able to cut anyone with it... Maybe layer your sword in it or something and have it spray out with the momentum of your cut?
