→ Scoot is a very eccentric looking person who does not fail to stand out. His hairstyle of choice is a bowl cut black hair look but when he is in disguise he likes to use his afro hair style to not stand out as much because it diminishes his devilish good looks. (i think my teacher knows i'm not doing her work)

HISTORY:
