Containing Kojiro
Area 12 of Houkochitai. An underground facility that has recently gotten an alarm to be raised that labels Green Emergency Protocol Initiative 02. It was a location near to Narita which is in all retrospect, the typical testing facility of all things alchemical in conjunction with the radioactive.
Green Emergency Protocol Initiative 02: An emergency that warrants immediate military termination of all subjects within the facility. Afterwards the full prior detonation of the entire place followed by an evacuation of said military personnel involved in taking the facility out in complete destruction of all inhabitants.
There were a row of soldiers after all by the main entrance of the facility that would lead underground, a big vault really meant to seal all contents inside. All of them wearing NBC HAZMAT suits. Some were still putting on their masks as Saika was next to his comrade, Ken, nodding to him as a gesture if he was ready or not before placing his face unto the gasmask, and pulling up his HAZMAT hoodie. Pulling out his submachine gun (SMG) before checking to see for bullets are existent or not. His HAZMAT suit having ammunition outside it, hence a couple of belts were strapped to carry them along with sheathes for his katanas, the belt being around his torso and waist.

The crimson eyed and ebony haired enigma who held the title of General of Aerugo's military treaded silently toward his soldiers. He, unlike they, did not don a HAZMAT suit, despite the lethality of the environment reported inside the facility from Intelligence, but he was no fool, the Alchemist sometimes known as "Flesh Eater" knew what he was doing.
He gave a quick look over his men and then, without a word, signaled them to advance. He pulled ahead to the front of the team, drawing his .44 Calibur revolver from the holster at his side, clicking the hammer back as he approached the entrance. He bent forward at the security terminal by the massive vault and quickly punched in a series of numbers. A loud alarm went off for a split second, signalling the opening of the gargantuan steel doors. The inside of the facility was dark and one could not see farther than ten feet past the entrance. It was silent as well, no security personal posted at the door, no researchers standing around. If anyone was still around, they were likely deeper in the facility. Raistlin made quick note of the flashing red light on the wall, that illuminated the shadows with an ominous on and off glow. The whole facility was probably in lockdown, the threat level would certainly be high, and because there was little information on the details of the incident that had occurred, they would know very little of what they would be dealing with.
"Alright, I want four teams of five men each. Three will follow me inside the facility while one team stands guard over the gate. None leave without my saying so." Raistlin nodded towards five men standing on the far end of the line. "Delta squad" He christened them, "Gamma, Beta, Alpha" He pointed to groups of men as he paced down the line, announcing there name in a deadpanned voice. "Delta will remain on sentry duty. The rest, follow me"
Raistlin then turned around with so much as looking any of his men in the eye, and melted into the shadows of the entrance corridor. After several paces he stopped and glanced downward at the metallic floor. Their was blood splattered here and there, the sign of an attack and struggle. This indicated the presence of something dangerous and hostile, and, judging by the pattern of the blood stains, something that was not human...anymore. There would be little mercy for humans and non-humans anyway, the orders were simple, complete quarantine and extermination.
"Gamma squad" Raistlin spoke after a moment of analyzing the mess. "Inspect the panic room, I want all survivors executed immediately, do not hesitate. And Beta, inspect the all areas around the entrance, I will lead Alpha squad towards the main control room to automate a self-destruct in twenty minutes, I want you to rendezvous with us once the front is secure. Shoot everything that moves, and shoot the bodies as well." And with a quick hand signal, the General indicated the start of the assigned missions. He knew exactly what this sort of mess could entail, and if it was not taken care of properly, it could lead to a massive outbreak, something that the Empress shouldn't have to deal with. If all went well, she would never even catch wind of this catastrophe. To her ears, it would be a tragedy, but if she never knew of it, it would just be another event that the public would never hear of.
In all of his cold and arrogant thinking, the General of Aerugo forgot to consider one thing. The mettle of his men.....

Re: Containing Kojiro
So that was Raistlin eh? The flesh eater, a reputation Saika does not know of, where he had gotten it, but it does have a cannibalistic ring to it. That, or he might just like to eat lambs often and got it over dinner instead. That would be quite a quint thought and would be nicer. It's really mysterious the point being.
But for the time being, this general of theirs, is far too under equipped, too dangerously lacking in a HAZMAT suit. But perhaps there was a catch, nobody would be bold enough to not wear protective equipments unless they were confident that nothing bad will happen to them. Perhaps this was the case with their general. Perhaps... but that is not Saika's concern, he is nothing but a common soldier here. As befitting of the lack of special attention given by Raistlin, they were all mooks. This was just another job, and it best be that he comes out alive.
And so, the door slid open, hankering to reveal the insides of this facility, their leader having punched in the codes for them to enter this foggy and ominous location. Perhaps at a risk that they'll never see daylight again.
Orders were clear now although, Saika would follow the General, as the rest of the men would proceed to continue their orders... although much to his chagrin, a secondary alarm sounded off. Saika looked behind to see the source of light, the exit at a distance, is slowly sealing behind them until to a shut, blotting out all the sunlight and their way out.
Saika couldn't tell Raistlin about this incident, not that he wouldn't, just that he simply couldn't. Luckily another one of the men had noticed this happening as of the same time as Saika.
They were part of those following Raistlin, following him obediently and in a row, Saika being in the middle albeit hearing some occasional sweeping sounds and thuds across the corridor. And the ventilation shafts above them were awfully loudly thudding and shaking.
"Sir, the entrance door just closed..." The soldiers informed Raistlin in a static tone, he was the one directly behind the General and in front of Saika, "The sunlight were blotted out, someone must've closed it from the outside..."
Aye, there was no time for concern, as of the moment, at the time of the order as Gamma Squad made their way inside, disappearing into the foggy surrounding, were suddenly gunshots and blood splattering across the room. Sickening crunches sounded off as screams of anguish echoed throughout the panic room that was just stormed into. Having followed the fresh trail of blood, it was noticeably not coagulated.
Saika himself readied his firearm, aiming at the room as he backed away, within was a constant sickening crunch sounding off for the rest to hear, as Gamma team went silent. All of them. The ventilations themselves snapped open from behind Raistlin, beyond 10 feet where their visibility does not cover.
