BRIEFING:
→ The Alchemy of the Mystic Eyes is a specialized type of Alkahestry, grafted into the body of Saeji Aeries. By modifying the transmutation circle on the back of his next with additional pieces, he is able to transmute his own eyes, granting different effects, depending on which type of Alchemy that he has added.

One of the limits of this Alkahestry is that they need to have red light entering into the retina for the Alkahestry to be activated properly - he doesn't need to activate a transmutation circle for this Alkahestry, but because of that, as long as he isn't wearing his glasses, or closing his eyes, he is unable to avoid using his Alkahestry.

Depending on which type of Alkahestry he's using, his eyes glow a different colour - with this, it's easy enough to discern which Alchemy he's using.

The purpose of the Transmutation Circle is not the activate the Alkahestry, but to change the type of Alkahestry.

An Alchemic Transmutation Circle has now been placed onto the back of his right hand, created in order to use his secondary Alchemy. This Secondary Alchemy works completely with Alchemic Energies; cutting through objects upon a singular plane. How this works is by use of an overload of energy being forced immediately into the molecular bonds of the object. This overload cuts at an atomic level, severing every bond that holds two sides together. This means that, with a single cut, an object will be rapidly sliced in two upon a plane. Humans, and other beings with souls, cannot be cut in this fashion.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

Mystic Eyes of Latency (MEoL): The first ability of Ace's Mystic Eyes is the Mystic Eyes of Latency. This is the ability that he uses the most; his irises glow red when under the influence of Latency. When using these Mystic Eyes, the optic nerves in the back of his eyes transmit images to the brain at a rate that is approximately double the speed of the basic human's tenth of a second - therefore, it lets him see approaching attacks with more time to react to them.

Mystic Eyes of DarkVision (MEoDV): The second ability of Ace's Mystic Eyes is the Mystic Eyes of DarkVision. This ability causes his irises to glow with a rainbow shimmer, and change the light recepting sensors in the back of Saeji's eyes, allowing them to receive more light from sources, allowing him to see better in darkened areas; in a fashion similar to a cat's eyes. This lasts until he changes Alchemy types, and is the only one of his eye Alchemies that can be used with the absence of red light in the air, he is required to constantly have two fingers on the transmutation circle on the back of his neck, however.

Mystic Eyes of Enchantment (MEoE): The third ability of Ace's Mystic Eyes is the Mystic Eyes of Enchantment. This ability causes the irises of his eyes to glow with a bright yellow hue, and are actually a slight mix of Alkahestry and Alchemy, allowing them to be used at a range. By enforcing eye contact with a target, Ace is able to cause a very weak hypnotic trance. With this intact, it is almost impossible to look away from the eyes themselves.

Mystic Eyes of Extreme Vision (MEoEV): By activating this Alkahestry, Saeji suddenly increases the distance that his vision works at, manufacturing a temporary 20/2 vision scope. This means that, what some people can only see from 2 feet away, Saeji can see from 20. This gives him extremely enhanced detail on almost every object that he looks at, and also allows him to see threats from a greater distance. Vision like this is comparable to that of a hawk. When this Alkahestry is active, his eyes glow blue--this is his default eye Alkahestry.

Blade of Sweeping Cuts: This is the only Alchemy in Ace's Alkahestric repitoire. An Alchemic circle on the back of his right hand activates this while he is holding a weapon of the bladed variety. Once activated, he can cut with a singular motion, and force a large amount of energy without a purpose into a large plane across the object itself. This singular energy source suddenly forces a whole lot of other energies into the object's molecular bonds, severing them with ease. This severing and decaying at a molecular level also ensures difficulty fixing the object with Alchemy. A person watching would just see Saeji place a singular cut, and then see the object quickly split in half. Such a method would allow him to cut a tank in two with just a knife. Any sort of bladed weapon can handle this sort of Alchemy. Humans cannot be harmed, due to the presence of a soul. Homunculi can heal from these injuries.

1. Mystic eye booster: Note that fact that by using speed over the ability of a normal human, it will rip muscles and destroy his body. Rethink this... Also your explanation of how it relates to his eyes really doesn't make sense to me, but it doesn't matter approve-wise.

For the first one: I never intended for him to actually physically move faster; but if I need to change that still, I can. I added a note to the end.

As for the second, his alchemy is activated whenever light of the red wavelength enters his eyes, that is a necessary ingredient for it's activation. As red light is a part of white light as a whole, the glasses are required to filter out said wavelength, or he can close his eyes if the glasses aren't on.

How do you "move earlier" without moving faster? If you move your arm now, doesn't it already act immediately? I think you could make this one a lot cooler. Why not make the opponent move [i]slower[i/]? Like how Spade's alchemic circle is on his stomach and he doesn't need to touch them. Maybe he got the idea from Spade and within like 7 feet he can make people's nerves or whatever react slower to the signals sent from their brains.

If red light is a part of white light, then white light would also activate the alchemy, yes? And is white light sunlight??

Yes, white light is sunlight, actually it's any clear light. But the purpose of the glasses is to filter out the red wavelength of white light, so basically, while he wears his glasses, he can't see red.
