London

The Smoke. The Painted City. The Thamesside Jewel. The capital city of Creta, the two Houses of government, Lords and Commons, the home of the sovereign Queen Rachel I. London.
It’s more impressive to visit than to live in. Positioned in south Creta, in the safe zone designated as “Cockney Creta”, London sits on the River Thames, and holds a great deal of importance in the world at large. The two industries of the city are fishing and tourism. Culture is a huge part of London, because it’s a melting pot of different peoples and cultures. Recently, a legalisation of graffiti has inspired a huge wave of street artists, with the entire city becoming rich with colour and giving London the moniker ‘The Painted City’, but its industrial past will never leave and will always leave the less appealing name ‘The Smoke’ as an insult. Ever since the Deadlight Virus spread into Creta, London’s become one of the few cities inland to remain un-quarantined, if only because of its economic and cultural importance, but it is also the one that is the most heavily fortified and the most difficult to get into, being the border between the safe ‘Cockney Creta’ and the infected ‘Dead Land Creta’. Philly

QUARANTINED
The city is located in the Northeastern Creta along the Delaware and Schuylkill rivers and it lies about 80 miles (130 km) southwest of New York City. It is the fifth-most-populous city in the Creta, with a 2010 Creta Census estimated population of 1,526,006. Philly is also the commercial, cultural, and educational center of the Delaware Valley, home to 6 million people and the country's fifth-largest metropolitan area. Popular nicknames for Philly is The City of Brotherly Love.

Dignity City

Should one be confirmed as infected but also not be into the stage of aggression, they will be sent to Dignity City, a large city in the dead centre of Creta and far from "Cockney Creta". Here the people condemned to die, but are at least given the dignity to live amongst their fellow man in an area safe from the 'zombies' (the unofficial term for violent infected and a word which, in Cretan culture, has morphed into an insult meaning 'aggressive', 'stupid' or 'won't listen to reason') and able to live semi-normal lives until the inevitable. While they are well-fed and the intention of the people running Dignity City is to keep the residents happy and at peace of mind, in reality everyone who goes there knows that it is a thoroughly miserable place.
But at least the graffiti is really cool.
